    This agency will waste your time if you are a renter. They are here for home/property owners and…read morenot for tenants. If you are a property owner wishing to make $$$$ on your rentals this is the place for you. They only care about making money and it shows in their listings and the way they treat prospective middle class tenants. The office is SEVERELY understaffed and they have more properties then they can humanly handle. Stacey's true colors showed once I mentioned I saw a bunch of reviews on yelp about people having the same experience I felt they were giving me. She told me " you are threatening me with a yelp review and that makes me not want to serve you but I'm going to anyway". I should have known the hint she was giving after that. They also never asked me or any of the other applicants on my application for any type of identification or copies of such whatsoever, making it seem that they were never serious about us to begin with. Also When I called to ask for my credit report to be emailed, maribel told me I have to come in to get it, that she can't email it. Seriously ???!!! I've had it emailed by my phone company and electric company no problem. All they want to do is give you a hard time it seems. Also I have posted 2 reviews for this place on yelp already and they seem to keep reporting them and having them taken down. Now I'm not sure if they're lying to yelp about content guidelines and saying that these things do not happen ... but these things VERY MUCH did so happen. This office practices rental discrimination. And I'm not about to let yelp or any of the employees in there trying to hide this from the community keep trying to take my review down for content! This place needs to change their practices and not try to brush their shady ways under the rug.

    I've been interested to rent two different homes from this agency. One was a condo and the other a…read morehouse. The photos online looked great. But once I saw both properties in person they were disgusting. One smelled so terrible and the carpet had been cleaned but when you walked on it, it sounded crispy and was clearly very old and should of been replaced. Neither home was repainted and fixtures were old, dirty and busted. Blinds were broken. It's was disappointing. I've rented many different homes and apartments and have never been in one that was this bad. Giving them a chance, I called and asked if maybe they were just waiting until the unit was rented to get it clean and fixed up. The woman on the phone assured me, No. That it was cleaned already and the property came as was. I was shocked. There were toilet stains and grime in the showers. Scuffs all down the walls. Who wants to pay as much as you have to for a 1700+ home and need to all this work before you get settled?! So un professional to leave a home in that way and doesn't really instill confidence in the renter that issues will be fixed timely and taken seriously. I will not be looking with Green Gate any longer for rentals or anything else.

Accepting larger dogs was the original reason for my visit and they were very accommodating. Unfortunately when I returned, the apartment had been leased. They're a hot commodity it seems. Jenna was a pro and made the process easy to understand and both her and Erika were very welcoming and inviting. Had I not found other accommodations, I would have leased here when they hit me up via their waitlist option. 10/10 would recommend their leasing process and staff.

Last time I lived at Westdale I had a remodeled apartment. There was no remodeled available. So I had to move into a original apartment. I rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath. Apartment # 123 . This apartment should get 0 stars. It was absolutely horrible!!! The worst apartment I have ever been in. When we moved in the apartment it stunk so bad. Just smelled old. Everything was outdated. Sinks were yellow and had cigarette marks in them. There was no lights except for in the bathrooms and 1 in the kitchen. So there was no lights in living room or bedrooms. It got very dark at night. My closet door kept falling apart and falling on our bed. 1 of the burners didn't work on stove top. The handle on the stove fell off when I tried to take something out of the oven. We had a HUGE PROBLEM WITH ANTS!!!!! THEY WOULD CRAWL ON US WHILE WE SLEPT. Ants all over my daughters bed and our bed. And no we do not eat in our bedrooms. No food allowed in bedrooms. I bought traps and ant spray. They still came full force. Pantry full of ants. I found a roach crawling on my ceiling. Gross. Our fridge kept going out . Had to have a electrician put a new electrical panel in because other 1 was very old it was the original. And it fried, sparks we're coming out. The guy upstairs would jump up and down constantly and stomp . He would do it all the time sometimes for over a hour. All my bottles in my kitchen would shake. I would never stay in this apartment again. Ever!! I hated every minute of it. For the property. There was constantly homeless people & tweakers going through the dumpsters. Throwing bottles out and different items out. There was 1 old man that lived here he would walk around parking lot with his 2 little dogs. He would let them poop on the ground. I almost stepped in it once because there was poop in my parking spot. When it was raining the walkways would be completely flooded out. When we first moved in there was also a huge water leak . It was in the middle of the walkway. So every time you went to parking lot you would have to jump over it and sometimes I wouldn't make it and water would get my feet soaking wet. The office said that they scheduled a plumber and we had to wait for them to come out to fix. My man went to work early in the morning and saw one of our neighbors cars was broken into. The car was on blocks and all the windows were busted out. So why did I give Westdale 2 stars. For 1 you can't beat the location! You are right next to everything. Costco, the mall , Dave & Buster's & Trader Joe's . Location is perfect. 2 because all of the employees here . Everybody that works here is amazing. Seriously!! Jenna & Ericka in the office do a wonderful job . They are always quick to fix a problem. And both ladies are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance man & the groundskeeper are both very nice as well. Maintenance man Steven always has a good attitude . The Groundskeeper always kept the laundry room clean . My overall thoughts on Westdale Apartments. I feel they charge way too much for what you get. We we're paying $2079 a month for a nasty , smelly , dark , ant infested non remodeled apartment. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

    WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!!! Please be careful when. Selecting this company. I am glad i did not…read morefall for there money grab. But it sounds like many have. I fealt I had to say something because it made me so mad. When people are looking for a home every dollar matters and these people just want to take from you. I am going to explain my experience so you hopefully avoid this company. So Me and my family are in the market for a bigger home. Mind you we do not need to move we are just shopping for something bigger a 4 or 5 bedroom. We also arnt 100% sure if we want to buy yet. So we noticed a rental available on There website on 06/19/2026 we really liked it but unfortunately it was about 4:30 in the afternoon and it was to late to contact them to try and get details. So I did email them and basically tell then we were very interested. We started the online application just to have it ready so once we viewed the property and if we liked it we could just pay and apply instantly. So on Monday 06/22/2026 I called the office first thing in the morning at 0855. I was actually surprised they answered and I asked the agent about the property we were interested in. He stated that the property has already received a qualified applicant. So that threw the first red flag. So then I asked him how can I go about seeing a different property. He stated we have to fill out and pay for the application a $50 charge to even look at anything. He tried to make it sound good by saying once we qualify then we have access to all there listinings. I told him we are only in the market for a 4 or 5 bedroom and we have no desire to go for anything less than that. And he stated that they do not have the time to show the house to every person interested. Which I understand but I stated why wouldn't you atleast offer 1 open house then atleast you gave people an option to view the home. But buy this time I have already realized this company does not care they just want the money. So basically they kept this house on the market all weekend and still today it is listed as available on 06/23. They are taking $50 a pop from people filling out applications on line. They dont even have the decency to change the status to pending. Like I said I did not fall for there crap. Please be careful people because they are making money off your Application fee ​at its truly wrong and shouldn't be legal.
