My 06 Armada needed some paint work not due a collision but because of some old paint work which was failing. Also, I'd scratched up one of the rear quarter panels pretty good by backing into my overfilled garage and accidentally making contact with a sheet of plywood which had previously been laying on the floor; lots of scratching but not too deep fortunately. Ralph gave me a very fair price and I dropped the Armada off. The work did take a little longer than originally estimated but not a problem for me. They did a great job and, due the delay, Ralph threw in painting a panel not originally included in the quote. I picked my Armada up yesterday and it looks great. My SUV had a dent in the rear lift gate. I drove in and asked for an estimate and had one in writing within 15 minutes. I was told if I dropped it off the next day it would be done in one to two days. I did so and the morning of the second day was called to come pick it up. You can't even tell there was damage, and the color match was perfect. I had also gotten two other quotes, and he was the best price. I dealt with Tim and he was professional and answered all my questions before the work started.
