Getting on a treadmill with a working TV that has all the channels is a total gamble and nobody on staff knows how to fix them. Nice, big free weight area and loads of machines. It's usually crowded, except on the days you would expect it to be quiet. I have started going pretty late and it seems to be okay after 6:30pm. There's always some weirdo doing really odd exercises near the squat racks. It's a handful of people doing stuff that requires them to be on the ground a lot for some reason. Maybe it's Crossfit or something, but the fact that there is always someone over there not using the racks and rolling around on the ground makes me not want to be over there.

I've been going to Fitness CF in North Clermont for the last six months and I honestly don't know why I'd ever drive anywhere else. This place has literally everything you need for a top-notch workout. The weight floor is massive with plenty of squat racks, benches, and cable machines that are always clean and ready to go. Cardio equipment is top-tier, the functional training area is loaded, and the group classes (especially the strength and HIIT ones) are fire. Whether you're chasing PRs or just trying to stay consistent, they've got the setup to make it happen. What really sets them apart is how well they've thought through recovery. They've got dedicated stretching zones, foam rollers, mobility tools, and even a solid cool-down area that actually encourages you to take care of your body after you destroy it in the gym. Most places give you the weights and call it a day -- Fitness CF actually gives you the tools to recover properly so you can keep showing up stronger. The only thing that would push this gym from "already amazing" to "literally perfect" is if they added a red light sauna and cold plunge. Those two pieces would take recovery to another level and make this place unbeatable. Hint to management: the demand is there! Clean facility, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great music, and never feels overcrowded even at peak times. If you're anywhere near North Clermont, do yourself a favor and sign up. Now I have been a Zumba instructor at this location for 2 years now (Wednesday at 10:30a) the staff is just as helpful. And day care staff is so friendly and great with my special needs son. Daycare staff make sure he is safe as well as the other children. And if at anytime my child has had a problem they do not hesitate to locate me if they can not solve it. Which for me lets me do my class or my own work out with no worries or stress. I definitely recommend this gym to any mom friends I come across that need a little selfcare time.

Seems that each week another goes down. There are 2 leg presses for general use (plus one in the circuit area). They're both broken. And they have been since 2022 (or longer). There are 2 standing tanning pods... one is broken. The gym needs to invest in a maintenance/repair contract!

Three members of my family have gone here, myself included and we all highly recommend. Kimberly Sanchez, PhD examined all of us thoroughly and explained our problems and the recommended treatment. She is excellent at the diagnostic and very good at explaining. She is also very nice. Everyone there is very kind and professional. She could feel the problem my daughter was experiencing during the exam. The treatment she laid out was exactly what a doctor at nemours later (booked out) suggested after x-rays and still wanting an MRI with contrast. Go here before pain management. She didn't need pills and shots and was able to keep swimming on a competitive team.

My first visit was conducted by a student who was not supervised. My second visit was with a PT assistant. At no point did I meet or receive care from the licensed PT responsible for my treatment. More concerning, I disclosed my medical condition and no one involved in my care was familiar with it, nor did they make any apparent effort to consult with the supervising therapist or seek clarification. Additionally, I have received multiple unexpected charges despite only attending two visits, which raises further concerns about billing transparency. This experience reflects a lack of oversight, communication, and professional accountability that is unacceptable in a clinical setting
