The doctor is very kind and patient, working with a three year old isn't necessarily easy! He took his time, he was genuine and sincere, and was not inconvenienced at all by my questions. He talked to us and answered all of our questions, making sure we understood everything 100%. They have an adorable little room designated just for kids to make sure they never see it as a negative experience which is something I truly appreciated about this doctor. He was unable to do the particular procedure for my daughter so he referred us to a specialist he highly trusted and scheduled our appointment there for the very next day. I highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially if you have small children scared of visiting the doctor. He will help them overcome it and create a positive experience for them.

I think that Dr. LaFleur was the nicest person I've ever met. Honestly. She put me at ease right away and was so kind and understanding, particularly given that I was a bit nervous. She answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. The surgery went extraordinarily well and it is as though the condition was never there to begin with. I was also concerned about the possibility of scarring at the incision site but I am so pleased to say that there's no evidence of scarring whatsoever. On another note, her assistants in the Office were also nice, friendly and polite. They were very professional and obviously everyone had a great deal of experience. The whole situation was as excellent as it possibly could be. Surgery was performed at their surgical center which IS COVERED by some Medicare plans (like mine, which I pay dearly for!) but the billing department refuses to send Medicare the information so you can recoup the payment for the surgical center they make you pay before the surgery upfront! I have called Medicare... I have written to Medicare... they have clearly told me that YES it is covered under my plans BUT the drs office needs to send them the BILL!!!! Or I need to jump through hoops (wasting my time since January to get my money back), I should say MORE HOOPS!!! I am clearly never doing this again! Sorry Dr. Nick but this reflects on you since I can not positively recommend you without explaining the lack of Medicare billing knowledge.... I asked the billing manager to call Medicare and get the correct billing codes... she apparently did not bother. Just keeps repeating "some Medicare plans don't pay for surgical centers"....
