I was never told that the doctor only performed surgery "ONEDAY A WEEK" When she did finally returned a phone call I was told that there was an additional fee that my insurance does not cover an "ADDITIONAL 798.00 for everyone" almost an additional 7,000.00 for me. It took SHALANDA five days to call me back and she was already scheduling into the next month this is a huge waste of my time and I was never offered a discount for all the inconvenience from the doctor himself and nightmare this turned into. I have asked for every penny to be returned to my account, but considering how badly this is all turned out I have my doubts on how well that will be completed. My time ....I guess they think a "I'm sorry" is good enough.This is a business, accept responsibility for all the errors that you caused.
