They really treated me with the upmost respect and Chelsea did all my pre-examinations explained everything as she went along and then I saw Dr. Grossman, who was extremely nice and understanding about my anxiety and what I had been told the day before and did not put me through any unnecessary testing, but was able to completely reassure me that I did not have an double eye infection. I would highly recommend this office. They got me in almost immediately and gave me reassurance.

My insurance should have been better verified so that I did not spend nearly a $1000 for a procedure that should have cost less than $250. When I returned for the second eye, they were going to charge me again until I explained that I had already overpaid with the first eye. They then applied the overcharge to the second eye. I am still waiting for the remainder to get refunded. My first surgery was April 2, 2026. My second was April 30, 2026. It's now June 17th and it may still be another month before I get the overpayment back.

Both the gentleman at the front and the receptionist (who barely would speak to me) were both unwelcoming and rude.When speaking with the gentleman to order my glasses when asked the basic question of what can I add on he waved around a list and wouldn't answer my question and when I asked to read it he shoved it at me and said "can you read this?!" And showed me the paper with the abbreated add ons. At that point I shut down and dont want to pay to add anything on, I'm not going to spend my money here. He was extremely rude to both my husband and I to the point where we both shocked and said something back to him at which point he apologized and he had to correct himself and take back what he said. After confirming my glasses we leave and as we are buckling our son in, he proceeds to follow us to the parking lot demanding I pay an 80 dollar bill that had not been disclosed before, never had to pay anything before the appointment and no one ever said anything until I left the building, so insane which is very unfortunate considering how great the dr is.
