The car was in my garage at home. Allstate gave me a window for the service and the name of this vendor. About 25 minutes BEFORE the specified time Allstate gave me I got a call from the driver of this tow truck, telling me he has been sitting outside my house for 15 minutes! I mentioned the window Allstate had given me, and said I would arrive at my home in 3 minutes, requesting him to wait for me. I had gone to put air in my spare tire. The driver was VERY rude and cut me off on each sentence I spoke on the phone. He told me I should provide him with the jack and other tools, since he didn't have these on his truck! I told him now I was only 2 minutes away, and he said he was going to wait. As I pulled into my driveway in less than 2 minutes, I saw him drive off around the corner, and he left. Bob informed me that my driver was on 441 dropping off another vehicle, then would head my way, he also informed me that it is not his responsibility to inform his customers about any type of ETA nor any ingot regarding his drivers.
