The car was in my garage at home. Allstate gave me a window for the service and the name of this vendor. About 25 minutes BEFORE the specified time Allstate gave me I got a call from the driver of this tow truck, telling me he has been sitting outside my house for 15 minutes! I mentioned the window Allstate had given me, and said I would arrive at my home in 3 minutes, requesting him to wait for me. I had gone to put air in my spare tire. The driver was VERY rude and cut me off on each sentence I spoke on the phone. He told me I should provide him with the jack and other tools, since he didn't have these on his truck! I told him now I was only 2 minutes away, and he said he was going to wait. As I pulled into my driveway in less than 2 minutes, I saw him drive off around the corner, and he left. Tried calling him back on the phone. I got no answer. I spoke to a man at the company office, and he was also very rude and obnoxious, telling me how the driver waited for me for a long time. Again, the window that Allstate gave me was of no interest or importance to this man. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

We were traveling in the correct lane to proceed straight, while the company vehicle was in a designated turning lane. When the light turned green, we proceeded straight as expected. Instead of turning, the driver also attempted to continue straight, nearly forcing our vehicle off the road. This was extremely dangerous and could have resulted in a serious accident involving my entire family. The driver's demeanor afterward also gave me the impression that he was aware he had made a serious driving error. I strongly believe this company needs to be aware of how its drivers are operating their vehicles and should take incidents like this seriously. When a company vehicle is on the road, the driver's actions reflect directly on the company. Thankfully, we were able to avoid an accident, but the situation could have ended very differently. I hope management addresses this matter and takes the necessary steps to ensure the safety of other drivers and families on the road. Please do better.
