Everything was done and fixed by 10:45AM, so it was less than 3 total hours from noticing the problem to having a solution. I can't say enough about how quick and professional they were. Jason was able to diagnose the issues in literally seconds and he kept me aware of the process and I didn't feel in the dark about anything. Pricing was consistent with what you'd expect from competitors as well. Just an all around great experience and I couldn't recommend them more.
