Nothing was repaired but we had to pay $59. The technician had to keep calling someone else for help so it was apparent he didn't know what he was doing. Basically told we needed a new garage door opener and the estimates were exorbitant. I called around and found the same openers installed for more than $1000 less. Prices are very high and tech was minimally knowledgeable. I had a crack and after my asking about a brace rather than going straight to a new door, the price was almost $900. I was able to get the same service and repair for $150. read more

My garage door was making was making noises and I was worried it may break completely or get stuck closed or open. Next day availability on scheduling a tech. Craig came out and luckily all it needed was some silicone lube! $79 service charge. He also helped me change my code. He said my main machine is getting old so likely will need to be replaced in the near future which could cost $750-1000 for a good system. Not needed yet, thankfully! Highly recommend! read more

I called Kyle and he came out to look at the issue we had with the garage. He lubed up the screw drive and some other points and it started working again. We told him the unit was rather old from the 90's and didn't want to messing with it breaking down anymore. So he went over some items that he offered. Had an old garage door that needed to be replaced. Door was circa 1981. Took 3 bids and Garage Door Grunts came in way lower. When Lucas came over, he listened to my concerns, gave honest opinions about the differences between insulated/non insulated doors. He agreed a basic door would suit my needs. He showed me some other elevations, and was very transparent about price. The shocking part is, he was able to secure a door for install within a week! The other bids were saying, we're 4-6 weeks out, this doors gonna run you 3000$ blah blah blah. Lucas also went the extra mile, met me at work to secure a deposit for the door. A week later, door is up and running. They needed to leave and get some trim, wouldn't take final payment till the job was done. We did a walk around of the door and made a few minor adjustments. Moreover, they used my old opener, said it would work just fine. They simply gave me what I needed, showed me some options of some other possibilities but were happy for my business and respectful. No pressure, no upselling, and didn't lie to me about how much cooler my garage would be with an insulated door. Anthony, who did the install, was on time, very professional, and respectful of my home. He was also very personable and laid back, which is very important to me. He made suggestions about a new opener if I ever wanted to go that route and gave me cost breakdowns, as well as ways to actually save money. Unreal. Do yourself a favor, don't call anyone else.
