After going through their car wash, I noticed significant scratches on my vehicle that were not there before. These were not minor marks--they were very noticeable and clearly caused by something abrasive. During the wash, I could literally hear how aggressively the brushes were scraping against my car, which immediately concerned me. The pattern and type of scratches left behind are consistent with bristle scratches from their equipment, not anything else. When I brought this to the manager's attention, he was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of taking a moment to actually listen or inspect the damage with concern, he immediately became defensive. He kept circling around my car and repeatedly claimed that my vehicle was already in "bad shape" and had pre-existing scratches--which is completely false. My car did not have these scratches prior to coming here. He then went even further and told me that the scratches were my fault. He tried to blame me by suggesting that I must have placed something on top of my car and that it slid off, causing the damage. That explanation makes absolutely no sense given the visible scratch patterns, which are clearly consistent with the bristles from their brushes. What was most frustrating was his refusal to take any accountability. He said, "If it was my fault, I'd apologize--but it's not," and made it clear he had no intention of helping or resolving the situation in any way. There was no attempt to offer a solution, no apology, and no basic level of customer service. Overall, this experience was incredibly disappointing. Not only did they damage my car, but they handled the situation with complete disregard and disrespect. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you care about your vehicle.

When I exited the car wash I noticed two big scratches . I immediately asked to speak with the manger the night manager Andrew told me there was nothing he could do about it but give me another car wash and told me to come back at 7:30 am and talk to Lawrence and they would make it right . I then requested Lawrence contact information so I could get a hold of him ( he gave me a fake phone #) The next day i called in late to work so I could be there at 7:30 am . When I arrived Lawrence was nowhere to be found . So they referred me to Ernesto . Ernesto immediately tried to switch the blame on to me . He and the other employees started looking at my rims which have a little curb rash on the edges . He then told me I was lying and accused me of hitting a curb and trying to pen it on the car wash and that there Carwash was not capable of causing thous marks because the rail was plastic . So we walked into the wash and I pointed out all the paint and tire scraps along the rail and measured the height of the many scuff marks on the rail vs the marks on my rim . It was an exact match . He then told me he wasn't the manager he was just the day time supervisor and that I could leave my name and # and he would have Lawrence call me . Two hours later I get a call from someone telling me he was the manager asking me what time I had my car wash . So I gave him the information . Then he called back 15 min later to say he watched the video and it was my fault because I hit my breaks and that there was nothing they would do for me . So I asked if he was Lawrence and he said no he was the manger . So after asking him for his name 5 times he said he wasErnesto the manager that Lawrence was the owner . So on my way home I stopped by the car wash to see if I could get ahold of Lawrence and it was the same Ernesto from earlier that said he was the supervisor . I then listen to why he said it was my fault again . He then admitted that he seen on the security cameras that there was no scratch on the rims when I entered but they were there when I exited but it was my fault because I hit the breaks . Then I requested to see the video and told him if I hit the break the break lights would light up . His face just dropped he know he was caught in another lie . So he said he didn't have access to the cameras and that he would have Lawrence call me . I have since stopped by there 2 more times and left messages for Lawrence with no response from him .

To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am writing to document an unresolved vehicle damage claim involving Zoom Car Wash in Stockton, California. Over one year ago, my vehicle was damaged while going through Zoom Car Wash. The incident was reported immediately, and I was told Zoom would take responsibility for the repairs. I was directed to use a specific body shop selected by Zoom. The body shop later advised that the damage could be resolved by removing and repairing the hood, a repair that could be completed within one day. Despite this, I was told the repair could not move forward due to parts being on backorder. More than one full year later, my vehicle remains unrepaired. During this time, I have made multiple attempts to escalate the issue beyond local management. I have repeatedly requested contact with Zoom Car Wash's corporate office, but I have not been given access to anyone at the corporate level. I did speak with Mr. Sanchez, who identified himself as a manager, and explained that after such an extended delay I no longer wished to use the body shop Zoom required. Despite these efforts, the issue remains unresolved and I have still been unable to reach corporate decision-makers. Accidents can happen, but leaving a customer with unresolved vehicle damage for over a year -- while refusing access to corporate escalation -- demonstrates a serious lack of accountability and transparency. I am posting this publicly in hopes that someone from Zoom Car Wash's corporate office will finally reach out and resolve this matter.

Where do I start... I have not been to this location since it was temporarily closed and remodeled…read moreto be the establishment that it now is. I am a wheelchair user and my van is thus modified for accessibility; this means that I have cover runners on both sides and the chassis of the van itself has been lowered 12 in... In simple terms it's a huge risk and major pain in the butt to take through any car wash because it is so low to the ground. (but also a pain in the butt to wash by myself because I am slow and short) I decided to try it this morning because it was just really too dirty for me to do alone and I didn't have the time... Upon entering the lot, the owner (Paul) immediately came over to me and asked what he could do to help. When I explained my concerns he offered to personally try to take it through with the help of another employee so they could monitor the proximity of the van to the track and ensure nothing got caught. They took time out of their already busy morning to do this and it reassured me the whole way... The van made it through just fine and they continued to help by finishing drying and cleaning up the outside and inside of the vehicle. :-) This was so much more than just a car wash, it was the recognition of another human and taking time to consider their needs and concerns. Far more than just a clean car I have a happy Heart... I know that sounds silly but sometimes the little things mean even more than what you set out to accomplish in the first place. I would like to give a humongous thank you to Paul and all the other employees who took the time to do so much more than "just their job". I will not go anywhere else

Unfortunately after the new car wash was built, there have been a number of problems and…read moreimprovements that could easily be foreseen but we're not included in the original build. There are still some dangerous areas. I've been there about 10 times since the new car wash was built. Wash quality is very inconsistent primarily because sometimes they'll have two people in the pre-wash area when you'll get a pretty good wash. Other times they'll only have one person who really only pre-washes one side of your car and never even sees the other side. You can count on a pretty bad wash job if your car is fairly dirty. The machine itself does a pretty good job although the old system worked better. The drying is done pretty well too. However the price has gone down compared to what it would be with the old car wash still in service today due to the higher labor that would have been needed for it. But it also provided a wider range of services and did better quality, which I'd be happy to pay for if it was still here. The dangerous area that I'm referring to is as you pull into the car wash entrance in the afternoon the sun is directly on your windshield and you cannot see the track you have to line up with, the person inside or any of the signage. If the windshield is dirty, as in the reason you're coming to a car wash, you really can't see anything until you get far enough in that the shadow of the building covers your windshield. They really need a canopy that extends out from the building about 10 to 20 ft. It's only a matter of time before something bad happens there, either damaging a car or worse yet a person. I don't know how they can't foresee that. I miss the old car wash and the people that work there, but I guess this is progress.
