I'm usually not a Karen but man this pissed me off. I bought three cans of nicotine pouches last night and the cashier accidentally gave me the wrong flavor, I didn't think to check them because I've never had that happen before. I drove all the way home and didn't realize until two hours later when I opened the first one. I went the next day to see if I could exchange it for the right one, I didn't want a refund, just wanted the product I asked for originally. The cashier was nice but spent twenty minutes trying to figure it out and couldn't. His boss was chitchatting in the back, when she finally came out she was rude and short with me. Said that if I had bought them and came right back in it would have been fine but because I didn't come in until the next morning it wasn't her problem. Super rude, not helpful at all, she should not be a manger with that kind of behavior towards customers. All three of the cans that I got are also 6 months expired!! Unfortunately this place has really bad customer service, expensive gas prices and not the safest spot to get gas due to the business/motel in back. The staff can be very hostile due to this type of behavior and don't treat customers, including regulars w/ any respect. Today I had to go inside due to a credit card skimmer on the pump(wonder how many people Get screwed/ info stolen) and yet when trying to talk to the worker/ I got treated with hostility.... A reminder to go to the other spots... I do try to avoid this place but sometimes I am out of gas read more

Horrible attitude and service at register by two women outside sweeping one at the register no receipt paper so if you paid for the car wash you are screwed! They don't care go get your gas elsewhere I use to like chevron but will use shell instead! read more

6-30-2019 on a Sunday night my wife and i went Togo put gas in my truck so my wife got off the truck as well, then i close the door but not knowing she locked the door. both cell phones are in the truck, as with the keys !!!... So my wife went inside and asked Keith what had happened and asked if she can use the phone to call AAA towing. And was on the phone for 15 minutes and Keith didn't say a word and was so polite. Aparently the last couple days my reviews have been all car related. I drive a TON. Anyone who knows me understands that so gas stations are a big part of my world. I figure you can either get it right or not. This Chevron is in the middle for me. Its not the worst but not the best.... Pros: Right off the freeway (Ben Holt and I-5) Nice new store, new pumps Clean well stocked restrooms Cons: Expensive (remember right off the freeway) Car wash is kinda old This station is better than some of the other Chevron stations in the area...I just wish the car wash was a little nicer. This place is always open, clean, and is right off of the freeway. No being accosted by vagabonds; just a simple gas up experience with getting some snacks. It's one of the bigger markets inside. (Not huge, just bigger than your average little gas station) Each time I come here, the customer service is nice as well. I've never gotten a car wash here. read more

Came in on 3/31/2019 at 1040pm. After a long drive from la to fill up some gas and empty my bladder. Guy who works(tall skinny with ugly flames tattoo) decided to lock the door on us and won't allow us to use the restroom. Manager please handle him! Even the tanker guy who refills the gas was telling me im not sure if he is allowed to do that its so early to be locked and closed. Get a better worker chevron!!! read more

This car wash IS HORRIBLE!!!!! Takes way too long and there is no way to see how many cars are in line before you get stuck. There is also no way out once you are in line. NEVER get your car washed here. I've been in line for 30 minutes and still have 3 more cars a head of me. Plus they don't even give you a discount on gas when you buy the wash. So don't even bother. You can spend that 30 plus minutes doing something more in your life then washing your car. read more

I exchanged two tanks of propane last Saturday night. When I went to use the 2nd tank last night it was defected and the handle would not turn. I called them up and was told the manager would be in today from 5am until 2pm so I drove all the way from Manteca today as I get there it is only the assistant manager, very rude unprofessional and would not exchange the bad tank out because I had no receipt. I paid cash and how many people keep receipts for propane and gas? Anyways I just got off of the phone with Blue Rhino and they said any retailer should be able to exchange the tank with no receipt so I am taking it to another Chevron to exchange now but I advice you this place sucks very unprofessional and stop going there. Blue Rhino told me that they honor all their tanks and this Chevron wouldn't have been charged at all! read more

This Chevron Extra Mile Charges at least 30 cents more per gallon than most other Stations in the area. When Shell is at 4.14 per gallon, this location is at 4.49! A nice clean station but outrageous gouging on fuel. read more

This place was recently torn down and totally revamped. Very nice. But since this place IS located right off of the freeway, it is busy most of the day. If you're looking for a lower price per gallon, then look right across the street at AM/PM. But I usually fill up at this place, cuz I need a car wash, there are tons of pumps and the store is cleaner.... much cleaner. read more

Great Gas station! They are very helpful and have a large selection of gas station goodies. Easy access to the freeway and the prices are not the lowest in Stockton but the location, if you're headed out of town makes it a great spot for a quick fill-up! The store and pump areas are always clean and well kept. I'm all about the Techron! read more

WATERED DOWN GAS! We have been going to this has station off and on since it was open. The customer service inside sucks so we hardly go in there unless absolutely necessary. The issue I have is the gas! We always get 91 which is the highest. Well we got a full tank of gas on Saturday 3/11/17. My husband commutes and usually the gas goes a little under the full line when he gets home. Well when he got to work he had half a tank of gas! No gas leaks because he checked and I checked the driveway. They obviously watered down their gas. We purposely go to Chevron, Shell etc because it's better quality gas (our opinion). We paid 25 cents extra a gallon compared to Arco across the street for that purpose. I'm so pissed because it's $20 down the drain in 1 day. We'll never go there again. The new system with moving spray unit is did not take off the road grime of the sides of the car, had to go and use the windshield squeegee to scrub down the car. The old single rotating wand system worked better. read more

Horrible car wash. For 11$ I expected better. First it was having a glitch so I had to call and have the lady fix it. It took me 20 to even start the wash. As I was drying, the water wasn't all off. I have water spots on my window and the back of my car is still wet because the dryers shut off. read more

I purchased a car wash today along with gas. I waited in the car wash line for over 20 minutes, and the line did not move at all. I asked an employee if the car wash was working. She said that it was, and she did not know why the line wasn't moving at all. A few minutes later I went in and asked for a refund. The manager yelled that he would not give refunds and said that he didn't tell me to come to the car wash when there were others in line. I asked him how long it takes for each car to get washed, and he said it was 20 minutes per car. At that point I left because I did not have 2 hours to wait for a car wash. I have never waited so long for a car wash or been treated so rudely by an employee. read more
