I explained that my fiancé had purchased the subscription for me online and that I had been coming in weekly for several months without any issues. After talking to three different employees and waiting around 10-15 minutes, one of the representatives finally explained that they have a "known issue" with their online subscription system and that it's better to sign up in person. Apparently, due to a system error, my fiancé hadn't been charged for the new month, so they comped my car wash that day and sent me on my way. While I appreciated not being charged, the entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth. If this is a known issue, the first two employees I spoke with should have been aware of it so the problem could have been resolved much more quickly. Unfortunately, I haven't been back since.

To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am writing to document an unresolved vehicle damage claim involving Zoom Car Wash in Stockton, California. Over one year ago, my vehicle was damaged while going through Zoom Car Wash. The incident was reported immediately, and I was told Zoom would take responsibility for the repairs. I was directed to use a specific body shop selected by Zoom. The body shop later advised that the damage could be resolved by removing and repairing the hood, a repair that could be completed within one day. Despite this, I was told the repair could not move forward due to parts being on backorder. More than one full year later, my vehicle remains unrepaired. During this time, I have made multiple attempts to escalate the issue beyond local management. I have repeatedly requested contact with Zoom Car Wash's corporate office, but I have not been given access to anyone at the corporate level. I did speak with Mr. Sanchez, who identified himself as a manager, and explained that after such an extended delay I no longer wished to use the body shop Zoom required. Despite these efforts, the issue remains unresolved and I have still been unable to reach corporate decision-makers. Accidents can happen, but leaving a customer with unresolved vehicle damage for over a year -- while refusing access to corporate escalation -- demonstrates a serious lack of accountability and transparency. I am posting this publicly in hopes that someone from Zoom Car Wash's corporate office will finally reach out and resolve this matter.

I immediately reported the damage to the staff and asked to review the surveillance footage to understand what had happened. Instead of showing me the complete video, I was only shown a few pictures. When I requested to see the full footage, my request was denied. I also felt that I was treated disrespectfully during the interaction. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of communication afterward. This is now my second email to the business, and I also called them yesterday to follow up, but I have received no response or assistance regarding the damage to my vehicle. I understand that accidents can happen. What truly matters is how a business responds when a customer raises a legitimate concern. Unfortunately, my experience has been met with a lack of transparency, poor customer service, and no effort to resolve the issue. I am sharing my experience so that other customers can make informed decisions and know what to expect if they encounter a problem. I hope Busy Bee Car Wash takes customer concerns more seriously in the future and improves the way they handle damage claims and communication.

Unfortunately after the new car wash was built, there have been a number of problems and…read moreimprovements that could easily be foreseen but we're not included in the original build. There are still some dangerous areas. I've been there about 10 times since the new car wash was built. Wash quality is very inconsistent primarily because sometimes they'll have two people in the pre-wash area when you'll get a pretty good wash. Other times they'll only have one person who really only pre-washes one side of your car and never even sees the other side. You can count on a pretty bad wash job if your car is fairly dirty. The machine itself does a pretty good job although the old system worked better. The drying is done pretty well too. However the price has gone down compared to what it would be with the old car wash still in service today due to the higher labor that would have been needed for it. But it also provided a wider range of services and did better quality, which I'd be happy to pay for if it was still here. The dangerous area that I'm referring to is as you pull into the car wash entrance in the afternoon the sun is directly on your windshield and you cannot see the track you have to line up with, the person inside or any of the signage. If the windshield is dirty, as in the reason you're coming to a car wash, you really can't see anything until you get far enough in that the shadow of the building covers your windshield. They really need a canopy that extends out from the building about 10 to 20 ft. It's only a matter of time before something bad happens there, either damaging a car or worse yet a person. I don't know how they can't foresee that. I miss the old car wash and the people that work there, but I guess this is progress.

Left with dried soap on my car. I have 3 vehicles and I used this location multiply times a month. I will now go somewhere else. equipment here is not working correctly.
