Self car wash broken husband got soaked using the foam brush water was squirting everywhere. The foam didn't even come out through the brush it kept leaking on top of our vehicle after switching to just use the spray gun. The hose on the spray gun was also leaking. This is one of my favorite self-service car washes. For a mere $5 they give you 10 minutes with their high pressure washer and detailing foam brush. Their settings also include wax, rainX, and a low-pressure spot-free rinse that, for the most part, does achieve just that. A swipe of the credit card gives you 10 minutes for $5 and I find that the addition of just one more paper dollar bill for 3 more minutes gives me the perfect amount of time to perform a thorough cleaning. There is a full service wash available before 6 pm, but I've never used it and the 24-hour self-service wash is more than enough for me. Keep up the great work, Kelly's! read more

This came up as Reynolds Ranch and once I posted it changed to Lodi Avenue. So my review was to be about the Reynolds Ranch car wash. Your car will get scratched up. They are now a quick quack. We used Kelly's all the time with no problems. My husband took my car to Quick Quack and it came home with a huge scratch on the side. I won't be going there again. read more

I hate to give a 1star review but the lack of customer service here is ridiculous. Ive washed my company truck here many times. Today I decided to take advantage of the free vacuums but the porter would not give me a token. It turns out the vacuums are not free unless you use the automatic car wash. This doesn't make any sense to me. The automatic carwash and the manual car wash cost the same amount $5. Im not sure why you wouldn't get the same token for free vacuums. The worst part is theres a large sign that reads free vacuums with no terms listed. I asked for the phone number to the corp office and the porter told me to look it up on Google. Kelly's, you dropped the ball on this location... big time. We've been to multiple Kelly's with good experiences, but this one is by far the worst Kelly's - and car wash- we have ever been to. The wash system left tons of residue behind on my mildly dirt SUV. The vacuums didn't suck anything up and the overall facility was in poor condition. Lots of vacuum machines missing hoses and out of order, and trash littering the entire lot. Do better Kelly's. If I was a first timer, I'd never go back. read more

Been going there for years- place is going downhill- I asked technician if I pay for upgrade will he make sure my wheels get cleaned- said no problem. A fter going through car wash I pulled in back- wheels looked like the never been cleaned and soap all over my car ( had to wipe whole car down. I hardly ever come to Kelly's car wash here in Lodi. It's not that I don't like it, it's just I hardly ever have time to come east side because it's so out of the way for me. Well, fortunately for me I came across a sweet young man named Jaun. I had an issue with my vacuum and he was able to accommodate to my needs. He was quick to jump to the issue and instead of leaving the problem for the next worker or Customer he attended to the issue right away. Jaun was very polite, well mannered, and professional, not to mention he is cutie. If anyone sees Jaun let him know he's doing a great job and he has much more in store for him. read more

Customer Service was atrocious. I've been using this location as my regular car wash for years. Today pretty much sealed I'll never go back. While waiting for my card back I was dealing with my son in the back seat. Normally after I get my card the attendant will tell me to put it in neutral and take off the brake. This time however He started in with "I know my English might not be good but I'm pretty sure I told you to put it in neutral and take off the brake." I apologized, tried to do what he wanted, then he got even more confrontational telling me I had to back up. I was in shock and trying to do as he asked. He then taps on my window tells me I still didn't do it right, I apologized again, had him yell at me, AGAIN, to back up. He must have seen me becoming upset because he scrambled to apologize for being rude and was "Just trying to do his job" and reiterated that he must not speak English well, his words not mine. I had no trouble understanding him being nasty, I simply didn't hear him give the first instruction. I was to the point where I no longer wanted the service but didn't feel I had any other options. I understand having a rough day. Please don't take it out on customers. I won't be back I'll take my business to Prime Shine. read more

Don't use this car wash---it ripped my rear wiper assembly completely off-and they do not reimburse you. Apparently there was signage saying they are not responsible, but I missed it because the attendant slapped his hand on the hood of my car to hurry me along as I was closing my window from making my payment. Always go here about 1x/2 weeks or even 1x/wk. for a goid decade. I've gotten the $5 wash and now it's $6, without fail. Today however, it turned into an $8 wash even though I pushed the $6. No automatic receipt came out as it usually does either. In the past, I've tipped the attendant but Carlos argued that the machine is always correct and indeed it has been until today. It took awhile to get the touchscreen to respond and after I removed my card the screen says it charged $8. Carlos said there was nothing he could do about it and finally gave me a phone # to his boss supposedly. I noticed a 2nd employee in the little station house. Watch the machine consumers-- The customer is never right here. The machine was absolutely malfunctioning and the attendant will not correct their mistakes! read more

Why do I love Kelly's Express Car Wash in Lodi? Well, because it's just like the sign says, "The cheapest car wash in town"! $5 bucks my friends. How did I discover this? On my way home from one of my school sites one day, I spotted the sign just off Stockton St. and quickly turned west to get closer and make sure my eyes weren't deceiving me! There are Kelly Car Washes everywhere in Stockton, but none of them can boast the best price in town. The guy that works the wash is super sweet and courteous and always asks me if I'd like a free vacuum token to which I always respond, "yes"! read more

The short: It's either a self service car wash or an automated wash. Your choice. The long: Haven't had the time to use the self service wash, but the automated tunnel wash does a really nice job in comparison to many. When you arrive there is a kiosk that you choose your wash and pay at that will accept both cash and credit. If you buy the top of the line wash which is $10 it also gives you a code on your receipt for another wash of the same level within 14 days for $5. You then pull up and an employee sprays your vehicle down and does a once over with a brush before you enter the tunnel. I would suggest if you have an antenna that does not go down you ask them to remove it before you go into the tunnel as the weight of the brushes inside will bend or possibly snap yours right off. I have yet to drive out of the tunnel one time with spots that did not get cleaned as I find happens in a lot of car washes. Also if you ask they will give you a token for the vacuums so you can use them for free after using the automated wash. What works: Usually the automated wash does a pretty good job and the 1/2 off premium wash within 14 days is nice What to improve: Can't ask for much from a car wash really read more
