While I was at the service counter telling them what I thought of their $1,000 charge for doing nothing and making me wait so long to not get it done, another customer was standing there naming off some of their ancestors for the work they didn't do on his truck. I returned there today to address the issue and was rudely told it was not from the install but rather the soft rubber window gasket. If the scratches could have been caused (which they couldn't possibly have) by the rubber gasket, they would be vertical not horizontal. They did a shoddy install on a mustang that I had them do 8 or 9 years ago which still looks awful to this day. As a small business owner I do know a little bit about customer service and what I experienced today was awful. I will never take a vehicle there again. I now understand why there are no positive reviews for this business. Stay away from this place.
