It was so easy working with her and such an ease as I found someone local to help supply PPE and Gloves for our office. Bless her heart for her patience, honesty and giving me trust to believe I was getting quality items for a fair price. Super freaky fast delivery of products. And super good quality too! Worst company I have ever dealt with in every way possible. This company refused to refund or re-send items i required for my business...after they were left at the wrong address. When I actually received an order at my address, it was defective and returned with a promise to refund or replace if the item was in fact defective? Never received a refund and when i disputed it with my credit card company, my credit card was charged $100's of dollars in items i never ordered...COMPLETE FRAUD. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who needs medical supplies PERIOD. One star is even too much for this company. read more

Ordered some small, much-needed wheelchair parts for a broken wheelchair from the CIA- Central Infusion Alliance. I felt reassured that the website says something about how they act fast because you can't afford to wait! I reluctantly paid $18 for FedEx shipping, and then sat and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. Weeks passed. More weeks passed. Finally, I received notification that my parts were on the way! When I got it, it was a partial order fill, and without the axle that I ordered, none of the parts would work. I called the CIA and asked what was going on, and why am I paying so much for shipping when this is taking forever, and I didn't even get all my parts?! I couldn't do the repairs with half the parts. They said that I can sit and wait more, because the part is on back order. It seemed it was in stock when I ordered it. I'm stuck with half the parts needed. Instead of waiting for an unknown amount of time, (there was no estimate for how long this would take) I asked to cancel my order. They said they'd cancel it, but I never got my money back. Now, I'm disputing this with my credit card company. It's been a month, and I still haven't gotten the wheelchair axle and bolt I needed, or my money back for not delivering it. The CIA has been lousy about communicating and hasn't done most of what they said that they would. I'm not dealing with this company again. I feel burned for paying so much for fast shipping on a few nuts and bolts and it has taken forever, and the partial order fill is worthless without all the parts. It feels outrageous to charge such high shipping charges when things take months for this company. I was ordering a bolt and an axle, and they wanted crazy amounts money for such simple parts, which they never delivered. read more

This place is unprofessional and has poor communication. I received an order of scrubs that were the wrong color. I tried multiple times to get a hold of someone for instructions on how to send them back but no one ever called me back. I finally get an email from them the day after I spent $26 to ship the items back to their facility and they tell me they cannot give me a refund. So now I'm out $174 plus the $26 I spent to ship the item back. I'm a veterinarian and I thought I finally found the right company to order material for by business. It looks like I was wrong. Which is not an issue, but they have other customers and can get behind on your requests. But other than that issue, I have no complaints with this company. When I was experiencing health issues and needed a few wound dressings to stock up on, a friend of mine who was involved in supplying hospitals with equipment directed me to CIA Medical. They don't have a retail storefront, but their online catalog (https://www.ciamedical.com/product-catalog) has almost every product imaginable from all the top brands that deal with medical tools, and for really great prices! They are basically the Amazon of the medical business, if you will. It was easy to find the same dressings that I was using in the hospital with the help of their search function so I bought those, but they had pages on pages full of similar options. I have tried getting around some other websites that sell medical supplies in the past that end up turning into a nightmare because of all the clutter, but that's not the case here.
