AAMS is the best! The date for my vein procedure was unexpectedly moved up so I had only a few days to find the required medical grade support hose in my size. There aren't many places where you can just walk in and buy the right kind. Nikki was really helpful with finding the best option for me (brand, size, and style) but it turned out they were out of my size. If you are depending on this company to get you medical equipment in time for a surgery, DON'T. I contacted them a week in advance and it was only when I threatened to go somewhere else this morning that they even told me my order was ready. (Via text, by the way. They don't communicate by phone at ALL.) I have a broken foot and no car, and when I asked about delivery (at 10:48am today) I was asked for my address, which I gave them 10 minutes later. Breaks his arm and is badly bruised and weakened on his whole left side. Really can't walk unassisted. I say to him, let's rent a wheelchair chair. We got the all America number from someone (the woman who greets you at the front) at Alderman Waguespack's office - we were in the area We called that afternoon- they delivered a wheelchair that night , exactly as ordered. Is it weird to love a medical supply company? All American Medical supply has been so helpful with my CPAP fitting and ordering process. They are so responsive and kind. They helped me to understand what would be required for insurance and made sure I knew what was required as far as scheduling a follow up visit with my doctor. This saved me hundreds of dollars as I was able to convert my rental to a purchase before the end of the calendar year. The fitting itself went very well and they helped do every from install the device app to test out how the fit was when lying down. They are so easy to contact and communicate with. I contacted AAMS looking for a boot for a broken ankle and the staff were great! They checked while I was on the phone at the doctor's office so I could go there right away to get what I needed. Other places told me they didn't have it in stock, or I needed to get fitted and then come back. ANYONE, who's been incapacitated knows going back and forth without assistance it a huge inconvenience - and challenging with the weather. The prescription from the specialist already noted the exact size and brand needed so why would I WANT to make 2 trips. I didn't even get molded or measured for it. I have to wait another month to see a real Podiatry medical store to get real inserts that actually do something besides Kill My Feet. After my mastectomy, I hesitated to buy a prosthetic breast and specialized bra for a variety of reasons. But, I had a formal wedding to attend and the dresses I found in the stores or in my closet simply could not be worn without the prosthetic! It was a week before the wedding and I called to see if AAMS could help me, and if they would bill my insurance (Medicare). They contacted my doctor's office to secure the necessary prescription, I scanned and uploaded my insurance info/etc and they texted back with 3 appointment choices-the last one at the end of their day. The fitter (who'd also had a mastectomy) made sure I was healed enough for a bra with prosthetic, and fitted me with precise measurements to match my other breast. Fortunately, they had both the bras and prosthetic in stock for my needs. With insurance paperwork, and an order to be shipped of additional bra colors (black, etc), I was out the door in an hour! They were the closest store to me and they had free parking in the back. They also had compression sleeves and a bunch of other medical supplies. This place is a winner! read more

But, I can now say after going to All American Medical Supply, If I had to get injured, they are one of the few places I felt truly cared about my well being. AMS is great! I went to them for a brace to help my carpal tunnel after being diagnosed. The doctor I was seeing sold me a brace for over $100. I had no idea a simple brace should cost so much.
