I needed a stander and a gait trainer for my two year old. Chris was incredible. Numotion stalled for weeks without letting me order, their rep never returned any of my phone calls to move the process along. Chris ordered the stander that day, had it delivered within 7 days to my home. He arranged for a vendor to come help my son try gait trainers 36 hours later, placed the order the same day and will be delivered 7 days from ordering. Being a parent of a child with different needs can be challenging and Chris made this easy as can be. Give Chris a call. The service was fast with no bs, turnaround time was exceptional and he checked in through the process to ensure everything was going smoothly. Matt is amazing as well. He came out after business to deliver to my son. He set it up, and this mobile stander made him smile ear to ear!
