Was told office mgr left after escorting me out. They could not provide the policy when I asked to see it, and not on their web page either. When I tried to reschedule they gave me a date 18 months out. Yes 18 months which as a diabetic was uncalled for and rude. The largest group of unprofessional scam artists I have ever dealt with. And fyi I would have gladly worn a mask if asked and I have been fully vaccinated. Yes this was from 9 months ago but I didn't post before now due to potential retaliation. Intent of review is to let people know while Drs are fantastic be careful as I was not the only person who has been unfairly treated. Of course, no compensation for my missed appointment (go figure). The optometrists are generally friendly and knowledgeable, which makes you feel comfortable to be there. They have a good selection of glasses and kind people selling them. All in all, I can't say I am their biggest fan due to the unkind people I have dealt with; however, the rest of the staff are decent.
