I had an eye exam which was great and professional, and then brought in frames to have Beau Eye Care make lenses. They tried to make and remake the lenses 3 different times, each time making really large mistakes in measurements and fabrication that caused the focal point to be off to the point i couldn't even look through them. I finally got a refund and took them to Maine Optometry, who got it right out the gate. Wasted 3 trips, hours of re-measuring and a total of 3 months waiting for all the re-do's.

It took almost a week for the office to email me the release form. I filled it out, scanned and emailed it with a request for to be mailed to me. My appointment is tomorrow and I don't have my records. Dr. Beau is great, his staff, not so great.

So they fixed them with a frame in stock. My lens were fine when I brought them in no scratches. Fairly new lens. When I got back my glasses the left lens was scratched to hell. She replied oh it's just a few little scratches. Very rude lady. Pissed me right off. I'll never go back there ever.

I don't carry a fax machine around with me and asked that they just give me the prescription and refused. I spoke with a person that was very rude and clearly did not care about keeping our business. Which they have just lost. I wish there was a less than "0" rating to give.

Always loved the Lewiston office, after having to call back several times for trials to hold me…read moreover till my next appointment, told there was a charge when there really wasn't, called back twice to find out they were never actually ordered, called again to see if they WERE ordered and they finally were but was for the wrong eye and the rudeness was awful. Almost makes me want to travel to the Brunswick office from now on which is who I actually had to call to get the right contacts ordered for the LEWISTON office. I do miss how friendly and nice they used to be. The way I was "dismissed " when asked of they were even ordered after the 4th call was horrible!
