I decided to go to this vons. The butcher didn't have any behind the glass, but helped me look for it in the pre-wrapped section. We didn't find any, but he said "let me go ask someone for you". He brought another butcher and he said "hold on, I think I have some in the back!". He came back with the perfect size of beef chuck, wrapped and ready to go! Both of the guys were so nice and friendly - I'm so thankful they went above and beyond to help me!! The lady at self-checkout was also very nice! Doing things with a genuine smile really makes a difference! I stopped by here last week as well for energy drinks. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a man stocking produce. When I checked out, the cashier was so cheerful and paid me a compliment that really made my day. Aside from having a great team, this location's produce has always looked a little better to me than some other stores - not sure why! Anyways, Thank you Vons Fillmore!
