GETTING HERE: Located in Fillmore on the 126 freeway heading east towards Magic Mountain. On the corner of the 126 and C Street, across the street from St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church. REVIEW: Oh! I love me some Grocery Outlet. :) Due to the spaciousness of this location, I would easily round up to 5 starts. Open, clean, stocked items on shelves, good customer service from staff, I mean come on! What a great addition to the City of Fillmore, too. Congrats to them. On this trip, I found an incredible score of Aulani Nu energy drinks (Mimosa) for 99 cents a can. This is a GREAT DEAL! Go get you some! The fruit looked good and fresh, too. Such great deals and I cannot wait to go back and see deals they have next. This was my first visit but will not be my last. Definitely recommend Grocery Outlet in Fillmore. I usually go after 8pm and it's usually not that busy. This is a decent Grocery Outlet franchise.

We loved going here, drove from Castaic to shop here to give them the business. Yes you have to watch the dates in the meat but it's a bargain. The problem is that they don't like to honor the advertised Grocery Outlet specials. Last week it was 20% off of wine. It didn't come off the bill and the checker said basically oh well. The manager made us wait until everyone else in line had checked out then made a production of ring up our whole order again just to give us the discount. This week it was $16 off of a ham. The hams were right up front so we grabbed one then when we checked out they said well it's that brand but not that ham and no they didn't have any left and no they wouldn't honor the deal. We left our $200 cart there. Our fault for thinking they would be any better this week. Watch the prices when you check out. read more

Wonderful prices and many non GMO choices. A lot of great brands for less, especially in soaps, hair products, etc.. Friendly staff and store is very organized. Definitely something for everyone. Love this store in this location and a few others we have shopped in - in So Cal. read more

This place is terrible. I went in for two things, sour cream and milk. Soon as I get home and open the sour cream it's spoiled, chunky and all water. Later I used the milk and it got me sick. I don't understand how they can't keep their groceries fresh, seriously terrible experience wouldn't go there again. read more

Heard there was a new store so while I was in the area, stopped to check it out With Grocery Outlet you never know what you will find, but you can find good deals on what they do have. 12 packs of Polar Seltzer cans were only 3.99 and they had the orange vanilla flavor I like which tends to be hard to find. Also got some quality cans of tuna for a good price and a all natural BBQ I've seen elsewhere for much higher. Store was organized and clean and cashier friendly . Would definitely stop again when I am in the area read more

I've been a big fan of the Grocery Outlet stores and so I decided to check out this relatively new store on my last trip through Fillmore. It was definitely much more spacious here than most of the other locations I've seen. Everything was neat and clean and the store is very well maintained. They have lots of great bargains here on closeout grocery items. You do need to be careful, though, as everything here is not necessarily a bargain. Nevertheless, I usually find lots of good deals each time I'm in, and you never know what you are going to find. read more

This chain is reliably offering fresh-frozen Alaska salmon, and Fillmore didn't disappoint. They also had a good cheese variety and true bargains. This was my first visit time to that store, I had sensory overload with inventory and variety. I focused on my shop list to avoid temptation from the many aisles for comfort, gifts and goodies. Their turkey deal for a minimum purchase $50.00 is a good deal. One recommendation: check the mini-cheese bags, always. Mine had holes poked in, missing a couple of little cheeses. Nice store and fully stocked except for dog food and treats. That area was lacking. This store is an asset to the community. Good prices and easy to get around inside. Visiting family and found most items we needed plus extras. Not many ice cream flavors to choose from but may be more next time. Thanks for co.i g to this area, we wish you to do well. So sad I have to write this. I loved this location when it was first opened and was so excited to have a GO in town since I usually travel to Ventura or Moorpark to go to Grocery Outlet. The employees are incredibly friendly and the store is clean but recently all of our produce has been awful. I recently placed two instacart orders (I have a 2yr old & a newborn ) and both orders came back gross- not sure if this is on the shopper, the store or both so I'm writing reviews in both places. I bought some meat and then took it home and found it to have been spoiled. Took it back to the store to swap and they told me if I didn't have a receipt that it was too bad, I had to go back and dig through crap to find it. All for about 10 dollars! Considering that most if not all the products are almost about to be put in the garbage bin, and or items already rotten, I wouldnt shop at this spot. Tried working with Javier the operator, he was worthless. read more

I'm tired of getting overcharged at this store. Almost every time I shop. At least once and many times more than that the price I am charged is higher than the shelf price. The cashier doesn't care, like in most other stores. ( except Walmart ) They just say , well that's the price. Even when you show them the sign. I've posted on their Facebook page a few times and they never comment. It's ridiculous. Than when I go back to show them they charged me wrong you basically have to argue with them before they finally give me MY money. And they never apologize. I'm done. read more

Very well cleaned grocery outlet but it seems like there isn't anybody on the floor to help

We just stopped here on our way out of town. Needed to get a garden hose for the RV. Found one clearly marked with THEIR price tag for $10.99. They had it shelf tagged "special discount" at $16.99. Not only would they not honor their own price tag, they acted like we were trying to pull something on them. I went back to the display, and found other hoses clearly priced at $10.99 which I brought to show them. They would not honor it, and had the box girl start scratching the $10.99 price tags off. Poor customer relations. Would not go back. read more
