I was in on Monday, September 1st when I was told as well that my card information was going to be manually entered due to POS malfunctions. I haven't had ANY PROBLEMS with my statements to date.... I thought fraudulent charges take several days if not months to appear? With how many businesses are being hacked recently I.e. albertsons, target, home depot.... I would never accuse a small business owner of fraudulent claims without having ALL the information on hand; what an awfully assumptious claim. This place stole two different debit card numbers from two different people in our party. Then purchases started showing up made in Atlanta, Georgia. We knew something was off when they said "the system is down and we'll have to manually enter your card info when it's back up," then preceded to write our info down. I guess dumb on us, since it did feel off. Our banks both handled it, but those fish tacos are definitely not worth having your debt card shut down for fraud while on vacation. Beware! read more

Best food ever. Worst customer service ever! The gal with black hair & piercings to be exact. She is RUDE. On multiple occasions so I don't believe we caught her on an off day. Also, takes 50-70 minutes for 1 burger on a slow day. And don't you dare ask her why. read more
