Food Cart Pods are not a thing where I'm from, so whenever I see one, it's pretty exciting. First of all, do all Cart Pods have names? I love this one; "The Podski", HA! Ok but beyond that, this place had so many delicious and unique options. We had Italian arancinis twice, a sampler of Pierogis, delicious oyster shooters and shrimp tacos. One thing we didn't get but looked awesome: I don't know if we missed out on some gem, but so many people were getting the burgers/fries from one truck. Also, so many other people were getting stuff from the Thai truck. And to top it off... the beer/cider station had an awesome deal. For about the same price you'd pay for a typical pint, they pour about 20 ounces of happy beverage into a taller than I expected glass. The picnic tables are colorful, there's a covered tent if you're feeling cold, people are friendly... it's just overall a great place to chill, drink, & eat.

What stood out: Service: The woman taking orders was attentive with answering our questions and making recommendations. Our two crunchwraps took around 25 minutes before our buzzer rang and we went to pick it up. Product/Food: I ordered the buffalo chik'n crunchwrap and my boyfriend ordered the nacho cheeze crunchwrap. As someone who despises eating lettuce, the way the cold and warm ingredients are intentionally layered throughout the crunchwrap is beyond delicious. I ate my crunchwrap within minutes of it being hitting the table. The tortilla was perfectly flaky, the homemade ranch was an amazing texture, and the chick'n was seasoned to perfection. The one menu item that hit my tastebuds was the Peach Pit sandwich. Proscuitto, peaches, fresh mozzarella, basil, shili crisp, sparrow bakery baguette. It was love at first bite. The stars of the show are the peaches with the "shili crisp". The heat of the crisp with the sweet and juicy peaches make each bite one after another an explosion of flavor. The Proscuitto and fresh mozzarella were fantastic too! After filling my face I went back to the truck and talked to the owners Brenda and Cody. I talked to them about how wonderful the sandwich was. They were great to talk to. I told them I would be back with my wife and some friends. I want to try the Cedar Street sandwich next time . I found my "new favorite" food truck in Bend.

I've tried a few different tri-tip sandwiches in bend recently and this one might be my favorite (don't come for me!). The staff are really nice too! There is a very good outdoor seating vibe with lots of space, you can either set in with the crowd or they have little sections where you can get away from the crowd. While they do not serve food themselves, there is a large variety of food trucks available for you to get some food!
