"Called to see when trailer would be back because another customer was waiting". Customer waiting because you double booked and forgot. "I would do what any man does and discuss it face to face". Not what an owner should say to a customer. Especially after I did come in originally to discuss face to face. You must have forgotten that as well. "There was no cussing, unless you are a mind reader, then you may be traumatized ". Doesn't get any more professional than that. "Its rare that I am unable to find common ground with someone". You've said this in other reviews, so that would suggest that its not rare. Your customers have mentioned your poor behavior, poor equipment quality, and overcharging.
