Once again, gentlemen at the front desk was helpful, went in the back and said that i would have the estimate in my e-mail Thursday June 15th. Today is June 22nd and still no estimate. Word to the wise. I have found over the years that when a companies customer service is not up to normal standards and you are misled more than once, the work from that company will most likely be sub-standard. Based on my experience with Ben's auto body - I would not recommend this establishment and ask that you save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else!!

They also happened to be partnered with budget rental car, which Geico is affiliated with. When I dropped off my car, there was already someone waiting for me to drive me to budget. It didn't take more than five days for our car to be repaired, and I was able to leave the rental car at Ray Mees for their staff to return. They also vacuumed and cleaned the inside of the car, so it was spotless. It looked like they washed and waxed the outside of our car. I was really happy with this extra service.
