We just picked up our 2024 Honda CRV from Wilson auto body. We hit a deer and had extensive damage to the front left fender driver door and rear door. 1/1812024 did not got past the guy at the front desk.Never game his name nor did he welcomed me as a new customer.First words out his mouth "got nothing until the end of February" still I took my car in person so that he can look at it once again no manners he opened the door of the car to take pictures my wife was inside he did not even care.finally we agreed on a date for the job to be done I realized i was going on vacation the week before so i call to ask if he could take my car one week earlier he cut me off and started to accused me of trying to do something illegal x-mely judgemental all he needed to say was not i am fully booked and that would had been the end of it. The guys at Wilson's Auto Body were great. They were incredibly friendly and easy to work worth. I was kept in the loop and they were always quick to respond. And when I walked into the office old school Madonna was playing in the garage... can't go wrong when the people working on your car are listening to Borderline. Was recently in an accident and had to have the car towed to McGuire Pontiac. They called in the AM cause I did need some other work done and they suggested Wilson's for the body repair...the service manager said they send all their cars there and would highly recommend.....they said he does excellent work. Once the car was towed to Wilson's I went to discuss the insurance and was pleased with the professionalism of everyone . Very polite and respectful. Will explained the details of the process and guaranteed his work. I just picked it up and I am very pleased!!!!! I would highly recommend Wilson's Auto Body. Somebody backed into my BMW while it was parked, leaving a nice little dent & some scratches. I first went to the BMW dealership for an estimate, and then went to Wilson's. Wilson's charged less than half of what BMW wanted to charge. He was extremely professional and did an excellent job. The car looks like brand new. You wouldn't even know that there was any previous damage. He even waxed the whole car and vacuumed the inside.
