Instead, they suggested Monday, which conflicted with my work schedule, and then the following weekend, which also did not work for me. Overall, I'm disappointed with the experience. The online booking system should accurately reflect availability, and customers should not have to rearrange their schedules only to have their appointments canceled due to internal scheduling issue.
