I'm so glad to have found this store and so close to our house! There's other different types of food brands but Orijen is what we've always fed our dogs. Also available here is supplements, supplies like harnesses/leashes, shampoo, fresh cold patties, and bone broth. There's a lot of other things too! Other services include vaccinations and a mobile service that include teeth cleaning and grooming. Pay Vic a visit! They are open daily and very informative, mainly geared towards the bully breeds.

I was glad to know that their a local mom and pops business that offers both treats and housewares for ur fur companion. The shop has all items visible and organized from treats, food, carriers, etc. The staff here were sweet on seeing if I needed assistance selecting anything for my dogs while offering suggestions based on their activity level. I'm disappointed with how my grooming appointment was handled. Since the booking was confirmed, I made arrangements around that appointment. The following day, I received a call informing me that they would not be able to groom my dog after all because there was supposedly a glitch in the system. It was frustrating to learn that an appointment I had successfully booked was not actually available. I was told they would work with me to find another time, but no same-day options were offered. Instead, they suggested Monday, which conflicted with my work schedule, and then the following weekend, which also did not work for me. Overall, I'm disappointed with the experience. The online booking system should accurately reflect availability, and customers should not have to rearrange their schedules only to have their appointments canceled due to internal scheduling issue. Edit: they had even confirmed my appointment shortly after booking. Makes no sense.

We called this shop looking for a specific supplement for our very allergic dog. The lady who…read moreanswered the phone informed us that they did not carry the supplement brand we were looking for but that they had others and that they have an in-house pet dietitian that could help answer our questions. We took a drive over and met Alan, the dietitian. He was knowledgeable and friendly and recommended a supplement and that we switch our dog from home made food to raw food as it may be helpful. He also recommended we get our pet tested for allergies so we can find out what exactly he is allergic to. We are very dedicated pet parents and have four pups that we care for as they are our family. I like that this shop has so much healthy food options, supplements and treats for our pups should we decide to buy their food instead of making it ourselves. I believe they would advise us moving forward on taking care of our fury family members. Happy to have this family owned and run business in the community. We took home some supplements and local suppliers raw food for our itchy boy. Keeping our fingers (and paws) crossed that we see some improvement soon.

I have been to this place a few times and every time I leave sad. Much of the animals are neglected…read moreand not properly cared for. They are stressed, diseased, malnourished, kept in dirty tanks ALWAYS. I noticed various animals in shedding w no humid area to help them shed. The place is always dusty and dirty. Lot of the animals aren't even for sale and are used for breeding also in poor environment's. Came for basic supplies but did not want to give my money to this business. I would nvr get an animal from here bc ik its coming sick. It's disappointing bc they do have potential. They have a wide variety of animals and have the space to sell more supplies. Even the tanks they were selling were dirty w dust and webs inside and out. The only reason I gave two stars is due to the variety of animals they had. Too bad most are half dead and living in poor environment's that could easily be upgraded. Have nvr been in a reptile store as smelly as this one either (a big tell of their level of care).
