Stay Away. They don't have any protection for the travelers. We made a reservation to the Plaza, they advertise "sleep 8", there is no way 8 people could fit in that unit. We are a total of 5 adults, 2 and a baby stayed in the master bedroom, 2 stayed in 2 double-side beds room, and there is a futon - suppose to be for 2 - next to the HVAC room. The A/C is so LOUD, it constantly woke me up throughout the night. This is the worst ever vacation I had. I asked for a partial refund because it was faulty advertised, but they refused. Oh, by the way, if you don't call, they won't refund your security deposit. read more

Owners Beware! Don't waste your time with this rinky dink operation. They have little to no understanding on how to rent a new property. We lost thousands of potential rental income. They even lost keys before the first renters checked in. Called us in a panic and insinuated we never gave them keys--which they eventually found. Terrible experience all around. read more

We rented 2 condos in the Makai building 7/13-7/16. On day 2 of our stay one of the units lost power. We called the emergency number and were informed that the condo was SOLD today and the new owner did not transfer power. They were able to move us to another condo in the same building that did not have the same amount of beds (we needed 5, we received 4). This was extremely disappointing to our party as people were not comfortable sharing beds. We missed our dinner reservations due to having to move condos and be completely out of the first property. After checkout I notified the company about our experience. They offered a one night refund- however we were removed from our original property for 2 nights and would like to be reimbursed as such. The company is refusing and well as not taking responsibility for their company. Saying it's out of their control. I've been renting homes through agencies for over ten years and never had a problem like this before- or having one that were not quick to remedy the situation. read more

After an interesting stay at the Flamingo last year, I decided to switch venues for something a bit closer to midtown (a.k.a. Seacrets). After searching online, I found Central Reservations website with a condo in the price range I was looking for. I was able to reserve it that same night and a contract was emailed to me the following morning. You pay in two installments: part at booking and the other part at least 30 days before your arrival! Their website also gives you a list of things to bring: Pack all necessary bed linens, towels (unless you rented a linen package with sheets and towels), soap, detergents and paper products. Dishwashing detergent Towel sets Condiments Laundry detergent Sheets Paper towels & napkins Garbage bags Blankets (if you prefer) Plastic wrap & storage bags All purpose cleaner Beach towels and equipment Paper Towels Dish cloths and towels Sunscreen Just an FYI, they do not rent to high school seniors or anyone under the age of 25! (And they check your ID when you check in) I wasn't overly thrilled with the customer service end of things. The website states that you can pick up your keys in the condo building starting in May. Although I went for Memorial Day weekend (i.e. end of May), upon realizing you need a code to get into the building, I called and found out I needed to drive and pick up my keys at their main office. Aside from that small hiccup, everything else was great! Condo looked exactly like it's photos, building requires code access (which I liked), and everything was clean! The people that work at this place of business were extremely rude. I called several times about finding the parking area for the condo. I had rented after a week. Still waiting for the phone call. If I were a homeowner or a condo owner, I would not recommend listing with this agency. They are not accommodating to renters. They don't return phone calls they don't give accurate information and I would never rent from this agency ever again. This means if I were to find out that the property was listed through them I would not book that property. If I could give this less than one star, I certainly would. read more

Folks should be aware that the "Central Reservation" cancellation policy is rather "unfriendly" to renters, and their efforts on covid safety seem rather lacking. I made reservations back in February 2020 (before the covid bedlam began). In early May, I emailed about potentially cancelling due to covid concerns - reservation was for end of July - was told there were no changes in the cancellation policy due to covid (if the room did not rent for the *full* price I had agreed to, I would pay 1/3 of the total rental + fees). This does not fill me with glee (and I will certainly think twice before using Central Res again). Also note that during COVID, they have no buffer between tenants (one family out, one family in a few hours later - their usual turnaround). [aside: I understand that AirBNB is requiring at least a 24 hour buffer between renters] When asked about their cleaning staff, I was told that it is "recommended" that the cleaning staff wear masks... (hmmm...) Anyway, I just wanted to provide some additional information that might prove helpful in your decision making process... read more

They cover it all -- cleanliness, communication, prices, availability, customer service, etc. Couldn't have been happier with a recent stay, and wouldn't think of booking with anyone else in the future. Booked a condo unit through this agency and upon arrival condo was VERY dirty and dishwasher was broken. After notifying onsite agent a gentleman arrived as both the repairman and clean up person! No acceptable explanation as to why check in was allowed without the rental being inspected. Very disappointed in how my family vacation began and nothing offered to make such a wrong beginning right! Extremely disappointed! read more

Be sure to check in by 3:00. We did an after hours check in. No one responded that evening to the call that our unit was dirty. The next morning, I had a rental agent tell me repeatedly that could not have possibly been the case because she inspected it herself. She even mentioned that she saw that the toilets had been cleaned and sealed. When I told her there were no seals on any toilets........she paused and said she would speak to the cleaning staff. She offered to send someone, however at that point there was only vacuuming left to do. We refused to allow this to ruin our vacation. read more
