She advised us that the plumber coming out would let us know the difference in price from the quoted price she gave us over phone of 940.00. The plumber came out and informed us he could not complete job today and needed to discuss with his supervisor and get back to us with an updated estimate. We were then told we had to pay a CALL OUT FEE of $140.00. WE WERE NOT INFORMED OF THIS WHEN APPOINTMENT WAS MADE. NOT ONE COMMENT ON THIS UNFAIR CHARGE. Training needs to occur with the scheduling as this is NOT good customer relations. THIS SHOULD BE CONVEYED TO THE CUSTOMER WHEN CALLING. This time, after an extensive remodeling done by a very good contractor and installing a new tankless water heater, I... lost hot water in the whole house even though the heater seemed to work just fine and was checked thoroughly by the contractor and few other consultants.
