One of their trailers caught our attention and we found ourselves repeatedly coming back to it. Kyle, a rep from Ottawa, wandered over on our 4th or 5th visit and asked if we had any questions. Not wanting to be subject to some high pressure sales I said no and he informed us to simply call him when we did have any. Well we hung around that trailer for a while discussing whether to buy it when Kyle came back. I asked him to work up a full final price quote (price, tax, fees, etc.) and he did. I then said we wanted to i discuss it further and he left us alone. At this point I had some doubts if this size trailer would be suitable for us I found Kyle and asked if they had a particular model (from the brochure) there and they did. We looked at it, Kyle again workEd up a final price quote, and we decided to buy. That was Saturday; in the past 3 days I've bombarded Kyle via text with numerous questions and he's always responded promptly. We picK it up this coming Saturday and I'll update further then.

A gap was found between the wall and the roof so water more than likely was seeping in there for awhile and the last big rainstorm really made the wayer gush out..we want to return it but they are not standing behind their products!!!!!

If you want a motivated sales person who will help get you into a rig, she's NOT it. She barely held any conversation with us. We tried to see another camper, and she couldn't even locate it. She had no interest in helping us get into something in our price range, when the first one originally was not going to work out. She said more to me over text message than she did in person. We literally sat waiting for over an hour in her cubby, while she hid in the finance office. John, however was fantastic when we settled on a camper we wanted. Gave us daily updates, and great communication! He would be the only reason we returned to the dealership....

They also have some fresh cut fruit which is a nice change of pace instead of regular junk food. They also usually have some type of hot food available whether it's a restaurant that's part of it or a hot sandwich cold sandwich area.They have a consistent product.

I can't say enough nice things about Central Body! The funny thing was I didn't even go there. Due…read moreto a major storm overnight, I had some damage to my camper. I called Central Body to get some info and discuss my options. I spoke with the manager Kathy. The very next day I called back with a few more questions and spoke with her again. From the moment the phone was answered to the very second we hung up the phone both times, Kathy was absolutely AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, 1,000% honest and respectable which was very appreciated and a pleasure to hear. At the end of the day, she did give me her opinion and advised me on NOT getting our camper fixed due to the damage, the year of it and the worth. So, she did turn away business yes, but what she did was save us a HUGE HUGE hassle in the long run and allowed us to make a smart educated decision on what to do. And she also gave me a few tips on how to do an easy diy fix to get us by for a little while until our brand-new camper arrived which was on order. I hope and pray nothing happens with our new one, but if for any reason it does, Central Body is the 1st place I'm gonna go to especially if Kathy is the one that helps us.
