Additionally, he took the extra time to personalize each of our bids. This helped our bids stand out amongst a sea of competing bids when the market was aggressive. Andrea was recommended to me by my realtor based on her proven track record of an ability to close quickly. Andrea got on the phone with my husband and I the evening we reached out, I believe it was 9:30pm on a Saturday! The other lenders (not Andrea) were kind but seemed to be using a lot of "corporate speech," which was difficult for us to understand, and it was hard for us to get a clear answer from them about what our rate would be despite multiple phone calls and video calls. I felt like I had suddenly entered a new job that I was unqualified for and everyone was speaking in french.
