Remedied the issue. Had a long chat with the listing agent regarding the property and others. Changed review to 5*.

Bobbi and Alicia are truly excellent, and I recommend them wholeheartedly. My wife and I were…read morelooking for our first house, and had never been through the homebuying process before. Bobbi helped us define our requirements and really helped us crystalize what we were looking for - asking questions we didn't think we needed to know the answers to - but ended up being highly valuable and helped us narrow down our search criteria. Now, that meant we were looking for a goldilocks house that was just right for us. But we were in a position to bide our time and learn what areas and layouts we liked and didn't like. Bobbi helped us through all of it and was thorough, professional, and thoughtful. We truly believe having Bobbi and Alicia as our buyers agent gave us an advantage in the market. Bobbi negotiated excellent concessions and helped us have confidence we weren't buying a lemon. It was surreal when we finally got our keys, and we couldn't be happier with our new home. Thank you Bobbi and Alicia!

We worked with a realtor from this agency over four years ago and maintained contact. We have…read moresince become part of a corporate relocation. He referred us to Lori in their relocation department. We though we were getting a professional referral, it ended up being nothing more than Lori performing a web search and an intervierw. Her results have proven disastrous. She referred us to Gina Donnelly of the Donnelly Group [view her review under Gilbert AZ real estate]. The woman is a control freak, highly immature and grossly unprofessional - the last thing we need during this extremely stressful time. \ To further add insult to injury, Lori told us when she referred Gina if there were any problems, just let her know and she'd find a new referral. When my husband called her to ask for the new name, Lori demanded to know why we didn't like Gina [really, its none of her business nor her job to care]. My husband stated it was multiple issues - a true and accurate statement. Lori, then behind our back, contacted Gina and told her. Gina has since held our cancellation paperwork hostage and has made severe demands we must meet if we want our earnest money back. We have contacted the other parties and delivered the cancellation paperwork ourselves. Lori not only is inept in finding truly competent agents in other parts of the country, she compounds the situation by adding fuel to a fire that didn't even need to exist. As for the agent, he had been talking with Gina the past couple days - another crossing of lines. He had called us two weeks ago stating we could sell our house for over $40k than what we currently owe. After a week later, he changed his story. He referred us to a property manager who's contract is 100% self serving and left us with zero protections. Tony Polito unfortunately may not be the best agent especially if you are 1400 miles out of town and need to try and rely on anybody to be your eyes and ears in the PDX market. His referral's are definitely questionable and highly suspect.

Ms Johnson was ill-prepared, lacked professionalism and made the purchase an extremely unpleasant, frustrating and disappointing experience. I'm learning…read moreto live in harmony, knowing how important the community of professionals including ourselves is. We depend on each other to achieve our goals. The PropM has been there for me. I have used the PropM for many years. Excellent communication and sincere service delivery are their signature value. Who can beat PropM that serves its constituents 24-7?! I have a "beautiful home" (in my opinion) in LO,OR. When a property management company has 24-7 business hours and real persons' taking calls, that's a commitment . The PropM has the Will-Power to serve our community. One time my house roof started growing moss. I was warned by the HOA to clean up. After the best estimates, the PropM hired someone to do the job in a timely manner. The PropM saved my rear by meeting the deadline! Whew. The PropM did it at a reasonable cost and cleared the moss-mess. The leadership coming from the top, the CEO to the answering service people keeps the "human" (not AI) service operation smoothly at PropM. Every single employee is very cordial. I have enjoyed the PropM service over a decade. I recommend the PropM property management companyy with full confidence and trust. One wish that I have is that someday the PropM would publish just half-page long news about changes in the real estate laws including rental laws. In California where I live, there have been a lot of changes. I respect the PropM that has a deep commitment to serve those in need. Furthermore, their communication to keep their customers informed is priceless. Lastly, their quality service in the reasonable time frame is the best. Trust is two-way street. I trust this PropM management company and give my full-hearted five (5) stars. Without PropM, I cannot keep my home in LO. Thank you all employees of THE PropM for your great work. PropM took over…read moremanagement (only spoke @ met with owner/landlord over the years before) about four or more years ago. Since that time, they have lied to me, almost had a young girl enter my home (without notice at all - she could have been shot, I was in bed with double spine fracture) for an inspection. After that, next inspection went okay, but the young man lied to me about what was attached to his body (it was a video camera & he said it was an air quality device) worried about that for months. Next inspection, I think they forgot it was every 6 months, because didn't happen for a year; I got an eviction notice that part of my floor needed mopping & that I had put nails in the wall to hang my pictures (apparently I was supposed to be using something that hadn't been invented yet) and that there were boxes against the house (mind you, this is just a duplex & not visible from street). Now I have new inspection coming up where they announced they were doing 6-month inspection, yet was only 5 months. They rescheduled. Still have this held over my head. I broke my sternum a month ago & was at the same time (due to chest X-rays) diagnosed with emphysema. Deadly disease & no cure (had asthma my entire life & was diagnosed with COPD years ago). It will be another two months before I can be mobile & just finding out I am going to die is a lot. I'm going to be 60 soon & most of my family is dead. Have had nobody to help me, even with double spine fracture & ribs. Am running out of characters, so very much more to say. Feel free to contact me.
