I waited to write the review since the COVID-19 pandemic was in full force at the time of my initial query. While I was very disappointed to have not received any responses to my initial inquiries, I was VERY impressed to have received a personal response on Yelp within minutes of my posting my original review, apologizing for my not having received any responses, and asking for supplemental information so that they could investigate and try to find a root cause. They checked their systems and couldn't find my contact attempts. Their demonstrated concern for potential customers was very evident, as was their professionalism in taking the time to write a thorough and thoughtful response as well as their desire to find and fix the root cause. I'm not sure when or if I'll be in the market for a mortgage broker service again, but if I am, I'll definitely give Green Mortgage Northwest a shot before I contact anybody else based on their excellent response.

All Andrew cares about is getting his commission and moving forward. I bought one of his listings in Oregon and after he and his client received their money they left my new home completely trashed. Leaving appliances, chemicals, trash and hazardous materials in the house for me to have to absorb the cost to dispose of. The house was so unsanitary I had to have somebody come in professionally clean it for 3 hours before I could even think about moving in. Andrew's client damaged things in the house before the closing date and they failed to inform me or my real estate agent about this so now the bathroom is non-functioning nor can I secure my home because the garage door has been damaged so that I can't even close or lock it. When we reached out to Andrew for his help he basically told my real estate agent and I to pound sand and that I'm on my own. He offered the sellers phone and said I could take it up with them if I wanted to. I just want to save anybody the heartache that I went through of being so excited about buying my first home and having to deal with the likes of Andrew ruining that experience completely. I am going through Mediation to in hopes that the contract that Andrew and his client signed will be honored. In the meantime I just wanted to put this out there, so buyer beware!! I've attached pictures with the house looked like and all the crap his client left in it for me to deal with. Also want to mention the fact that the pictures that were posted on the listing marked "MOVE IN READY!" Looked nothing like house when I took ownership.
