The school approved a 90-day leave agreement. However, around day 82, before the agreed period ended, the school contacted me and informed me that my program was being shut down. They also stated that I would not receive my certificates and that I would still be responsible for outstanding fees and payments, despite the program being discontinued before I could complete it. I would not recommend this school. As a nonprofit organization, they often experience delays in receiving materials, sometimes taking two to three months. The staff's communication with students is unprofessional, and they do not provide meaningful assistance with job placement after completion. However, if someone is simply looking for a way to pass time, this school may be an option. Mr.Bridges

There are 2 amazing teachers that I highly recommend taking a course with. Mr. Paul for phlebotomy…read moreand Mrs. Candy for CMA. Mr. Paul was so helpful when I got transferred to finish my externship for phlebotomy in Victorville. I was very nervous at first coming in to a new school, but he was so helpful with getting me back in the grove before going in to externship! I couldn't have done it without him! Mrs. Candy has and continues to be an amazing CMA teacher she has also made me want to become an instructor myself. She has been so helpful this far in to my course and couldn't thank her enough for the experience and encouragement that she has given me! Both these teachers have been amazing and deserve more credit than given! Once again I HIGHLY recommend take one of or both of their classes!

I've waited almost a year just to get placed at a site for my externship and had to get moved three times and finally finished mid January 2026. My experience with the school itself was terrible, the communication is terrible staff is terrible, except Janet. They literally will talk about other applicants that came to enroll after they leave and ive seen it firsthand!! I needed a simple answer to a question that took two minutes and was calling the school all morning no one was answering so i had to drive all the way to the school and as i was walking in the school i was calling and the phone was ringing and jasmine was at her desk talking and laughing with another staff member ignoring the phone when the question i had literally took two minutes. They never have a permanent coordinator for your externship they're money hungry. As long as you pay / make your payments on time they can care less because for no reason getting a externship site assigned to me should've took nine months after they told me at enrollment i should be done in may 2025!!!! I am not the only person that this has happened to either I've met pervious students who have been waiting longer! I don't recommend this school at all , they're just lazy and money hungry, and the bathroom has a permanent stench.

Empire Cheer and Stunt is an "okay" gym for All Stars. It truly is like night and day. The cost for the new program is up front, no surprises. Each category of skill and placement of each athlete is clearly defined. There are rules in the parent viewing area to ensure that there is no gossiping or other negative behavior. At Empire, gossiping and negative remarks were the norm. I stopped going into the cramped, hot and toxic viewing area at Empire because it was not a pleasant experience. Another example of the toxic culture of Empire was when attending a parent meeting where the owner, Rachelle, proceeded to say that a bad review was coming because a someone was kicked off the team. The team moms bashed parents for their lack of parenting skills because athletes missed practices. It was terrible. The meeting was called because of the lack of cohesion among the team. Whose fault is that? Coaches create that dynamic. Parents can only do so much. The team moms did set up a gathering but it was to make hats that cost more money. The new gym offer camps that create an opportunity for the team to bond and get to know each other. Finally the coaches at the new gym are professional and upbuilding. My granddaughter is shy and after the very first practice, she came back beaming at the fact the coach recognized her effort. The only thing she told me about Empire coaching was that she got yelled at. I do not recommend this program at all. Save your hard earned money for a better program.
