Nice to have notary that keeps regular hours versus ones that only come around when their schedule permits. Only drawback was parking can be difficult in that particular part of the Sunset. $15. The lady charged my notary 15$ for one signature. When asked, she said it is because mine needs a sworn oath which I know is BS. I know even for administering an oath or affirmation to one person and executing the jurat, including the seal, for California is Ten Dollars!! That's the law. Don't go there folks. As far as I know, charging more than a California standard notary fee is official misconduct. One star for getting the job done. Minus 4 stars for being a dishonest notary public. Ms. Fomina was very helpful with no notice, which is great as I have a 4 month old who doesn't stick to a schdule. She was very kind and even held Nolan a couple times to help me make signatures. I dropped by and get my document notarized in minutes. Street parking is easy to find. If your doc requires oath, it will be additional 5 bucks. Otherwise, it's 10 buck to get notary. read more

I've been using Ludmila's notary service for about a year now. She works in the lobby of the Jewish Family and Children's Services Center so there is always a nice assortment of family and community activities going on, it feels like going to a nice neighborhood club when I visit. Ludmila is always pleasant, efficient, and accomodating. There were times when I would visit other notary publics that would nitpick on the language of the documents to be notarized, Ludmila instead would always quickly come up with the appropriate amendment language or template to help me achieve what I need.
