In comes this establishment. They took care of it... a short laser surgery later and my sons braces are back on track. The were great to my boy and he handled everything well! Really good people and the surgery was quick and almost painless. They made my son comfortable and treated him right! I really appreciate the people here... what could have been traumatic was a piece of cake thanks to them!

I spoke with someone named "Keith" who sounded like he either worked for a call center or this was his first call. I explained the urgency and was first offered an appointment 6 weeks out. When I questioned that and offered that we could really go to any location, he was only able to bring that forward by 4 weeks to mid- June. Maybe I got the wrong agent, but it would seem most practices are more accommodating of urgent care scenarios. As it stands, I'm unlikely to use this practice for any of my needs simply because apathy at the front desk usually has deeper roots.

He was very thorough going over my past history. The office had some nice relaxing music going. He stayed with me during the local anesthetic injection, making sure I was properly numb prior to the procedure. (Most other practitioners just disappear for a while). Despite the somewhat complicated fracture, the procedure went well. Additionaly, I had also been told by my old dentist that I needed an implant in place of the old root canal. Dr Ramriez opined that it was not necessary based on the tooth location, bite pattern, etc. What else can I say? He has been practicing for several decades. He explains each detail so even I can understand. Each implant Dr. Bonasso has done has turned out very well. Minimal - if any - pain or discomfort. Even after several years, I have never had a problem with a dental implant. Dr. Bonasso's staff is also very important. I've rarely, if ever, been treated as well as CTOSA staff treats me. I specifically called and in person asked for a note to be put in my chart to only see Dr Marx, the team has failed to schedule me with her even after saying they completely understand and they have made the note in my chart (false). I've now been pushed to another provider that spends 5 minutes checking everything and doesn't address concerns. They have scheduled me with her multiple times despite my ask to only see Dr Marx. I've had an ongoing TMJ issue and was told I could take muscle relaxers (after getting second opinions that is not the route to take and is not a long term solution). I also had a wisdom tooth that was never mentioned as an issue and then it was brought up abruptly at my recent visit that it had to be removed which was unexpected. It's really a shame as I do think the staff is kind, and Dr. Marx specifically is a fantastic and very knowledgeable dentist, I'm sad I haven't been able to see her!
