Casey was kind enough to drop what he was doing and come rescue me. It was probably the shortest tow job he ever did (5 feet) but I would have been late to the campsite if I hadn't come across Casey and Cascade Heavy Rescue. Thank you for saving the day. He pulled the van forward, I climbed in and activated the battery boost button (jumps the chassis battery with the rv house battery), started the van and re-parked it a couple feet from the fence. I haven't had that many tows in my life but the price was very very compcompetitive with what I remember. I will definitely call them if I need a tow in the future.

Why do you demand cash and cash only? so you can stick it your pocket and not pay taxes? Why $353 for very short tow, and cash but you do not give change? There were cars parked here the entire time while they ate, why were they not towed? You were not even back to your lot when my daughter called you and you said that you would not bring it back. This one HAG company and the Bend City should have some say into these shady practices. Bend is not the nicest place, used to be. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they will rip you off. She was able to understand our needs and walk us through sharing our location. (We had a coolant leak in our pickup about 10 miles west of Sisters.) She found a driver that could be there in 3-4 hours. In about two hours, she called to say the driver was on his way and would be there in about an hour. Russell arrived as expected, was very friendly, conscientious, and thorough. Kept us informed about the steps he was taking and delivered us and our pickup and fifth wheel to the dealership. He even dropped us off to pick up our rental vehicle. They made an unfortunate situation as positive as they could! Thank you both!

I've never had to call for a tow truck, ever. There's a first time for everything, I suppose…read more I had a flat two blocks away from my house at 6pm last night. The circumstances were, to put it mildly, very unusual, involving a bulldozer by the side of the road and other complicating factors. The first towing company I called put me on hold; I gave up on them and hung up after several minutes. Bar Towing answered my call immediately. They listened carefully and, given the unusual circumstances, asked for pictures, which I sent. They dispatched an operator immediately. By the time Jeff arrived, I had simplified some of the complications, leaving me with the challenge of changing my tire on a slope on a gravel surface. Jeff blocked my downhill front tires and helped me get my spare tire mounted. I couldn't have done this without him. Both he and the dispatcher, Sean, were patient, careful, and above all, compassionate. The circumstances and my evening were terrible, but they both made sure to help me through it. My deep thanks to both of them. I've added them to my contacts. They will be the only company I call if I ever need a tow again.
