Been a client of theirs for a long time but since their dad left the business has steadily gone down hill in terms of service and value. The past few jobs he has been late with no updates unless I call him. Be prepared to wait. This last job I had to hire someone else to complete it because he couldn't do it, then wouldn't refund me. When I asked for a credit he reluctantly did finally give me a credit of $160 on a $160 payment. Then he put an expiration date on it which was never discussed. I didn't accept the credit expiration and just let him keep the whole payment. They must need the money if they are willing to lose a customer of 3 years and couple thousands of dollars spent with them. Edit to answer their follow up comment. Please everyone see that they never addressed how late they were on the job and I have posted the pictures to show that.
