The past few jobs he has been late with no updates unless I call him. Be prepared to wait. This last job I had to hire someone else to complete it because he couldn't do it, then wouldn't refund me. When I asked for a credit he reluctantly did finally give me a credit of $160 on a $160 payment. Then he put an expiration date on it which was never discussed. I didn't accept the credit expiration and just let him keep the whole payment.
