However, this time the appointment was scheduled for 10:00 a.m., and no courtesy call or message was made to let us know there would be a delay, especially since I had prepaid for the service. A quick call or text would have been greatly appreciated. I had to reach out myself about 40 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. The appointment was then moved from 10:00 to 11:00, but there was another delay after that. What made the situation more frustrating was seeing an Instagram story updated around 15 minutes earlier while I was still waiting for a response regarding the appointment. I've never had this type of experience before, which is why I felt confident recommending your services to my boyfriend. Communication goes a long way, and I hope this can be improved moving forward.

I have the monthly plan they offer specials and discounts. And they have express lanes for those who have a monthly pass. There was no long line the staff was able to accommodate everything was clean and Order and working properly as it should. I do appreciate their locations throughout the area on main streets this way you can find them. I was in and out of the car wash less than 15 minutes because I wanted to fully detail my car myself. And yes the vacuums and the air hoses were actually working this time at this location.

Even in the heat, they keep moving, stay professional, and provide great service. That kind of hard work deserves to be recognized. I also have a background in health and safety, so I pay close attention to working conditions, especially when employees are working outside in extreme heat. One suggestion I would strongly encourage management to consider is providing Gatorade or another electrolyte drink for employees on those really hot days. Hydration and electrolyte replacement can make a big difference when people are doing physical work in the heat. Overall, great job to the crew. They deserve credit for the hard work they put in every day. I appreciate the service and hope management continues to take good care of these hardworking employees. extremely valuable

To preface, we reached out to several other businesses prior to settling on executive auto. We originally wanted to support some of the newer, upcoming detail shops. However, we were disappointed with their lack of communication and follow through. Cue Gunner - with immediate responses through yelp, a handshake when you drop off your car, and a thorough walk-through, explaining everything that will be done, no wonder they have 4.8 stars. They gave us a range in what the auto detail cost would be. We had significant pet hair like we owned a traveling zoo and hard water stains from the sprinklers. We dropped the car off at 7:45 AM and it was ready by 3:00 PM. When we picked it up, we were immediately greeted again by Gunner, who walked the car with us once again. The water stains were gone, and apparently it took an army to get them off lol. 100% happy and satisfied. The car looks brand new! Meanwhile, Gunner was out there giving my headlights the VIP spa treatment -- attention to detail on point. My car went from "I can kinda see" to "Is that the sun or my headlights?" Customer service? As the business has grown, it seems they've lost sight of the standards that built their loyal customer base. On my visit a couple of months ago, I watched an employee clean my windshield and told my wife, "Only half of it is going to be clean." Sure enough, it was. That summed up the lack of effort I was seeing. Today's visit was even more disappointing. After paying to have my truck washed, the front grille still looked like it was a bird buffet with all the bugs. If basic areas of the vehicle are being missed, what exactly am I paying for? It's disappointing to see a business that once stood for quality now delivering work that feels rushed and careless.
