Second/Third time: -had an appt -checked in w/ link sent to me -within 2 mins I was taken back for pre-employment blood work -phlebotomist quickly drew blood and I was out the door in 2 mins -never had any billing issues all 3 times.

I love that they are conveniently open on a Saturday! It definitely helps to create an account and schedule an appointment. I made an appointment a week prior to the day. They had so many time slots open. I prefer coming in as soon as they open to avoid the crowds. They opened at 8am and I scheduled for 8:30am. I arrived 10mins prior to my appointment and was able to check in. You can check in on your app or use their self check in kiosk (3 available). After I checked in I was called back 3mins after and I was done at 8:28am. The phlebotomist who helped me was very nice, she worked fast and efficiently. I was in and out even before my scheduled appointment, which was AMAZING. The lobby has plenty of seating. There was an unpleasant odor lingering in the waiting room, thankfully I didn't wait long.

I went the day before thanksgiving and I was so glad it wasn't busy. The location was a bit hidden but wasn't too difficult to find. It's a small place. There was only one lady working at the time. I wrote my name on the clipboard and once she was done with a previous client she called me and I gave her the kit I needed to get dawn. She looked over the box and got the specimen tubes and labels ready and called me to the back to draw my blood all within minutes. She was really nice and skilled. Came and left this place all in less than 15mins. My labs was a send out and I got my results all within the week. I really appreciated this place professionalism and efficiency. About ten days ago I was playing with my daughter. By playing I mean, she and I snuck away from Mom…read moreand Big Sis to get some Baskin Robbins. As it was, we were enjoying our sneaky deserts when I thought it would be funny to eat my Banana Royal goofily to make her laugh. So, I began making bites like a camel, she starts laughing and then I bit the heck out of my my bottom lip (Mom later called it, Karma). Cut to ten days later - The bite becomes a ball about the size of a $.25 gum ball. I rinse with it all, even put a cold sore medicine on and poked a needle to drain myself but nothing helped so I needed the pros. Since it was close to where I was at the time, I went to UrgencyMed on Bullard and Fresno. When I pulled up I noticed there weren't a lot of cars, which was awesome. However, something didn't feel right about the place. I think it was seeing a nurse (someone in scrubs) outside enjoying a vape and the building lease signs. But damnit, the lip bump had me there. So, I pulled up and parked, was about to get out but I had to check them out on Yelp. The reviews were not good at all, so I took my Flip lip to old faithful; Everyday Health Care. Everyday Heath Care has helped me in many situations (we even had our second child there). When I pulled up, cars were lined up along side and I was like "f***!" But when I pulled into parking lot, there were only a few cars and only one other patient inside. So, don't let the cars parked around make you think they're all inside (Wait, do think that so when I have to go again, I'll have an easy time). It had been over a year since I was there last so I had to fill out a 'new patient form' but that should be expected. I sat out in waiting room and actually brought a book to read (I always expect the worst, hence why it took me ten days to go). Between the waiting in the front and in my actual patient room, I only had time to read a few pages and it was a Berenstein Bears book so I should have be able to flip them pages. Dr. Wilson was my savior. Like I said, I thought the worst, so when he checked my lip boulder out and called it "awesome", I knew I was about to be ok. I'll save the story about what he and his assistant had to do to get rid of the Mucous Cyst, but you know it was good when he thanked me for letting him experience this. In the end, I'm at home, spitting in a cup and watching JRE online. He saved me and took my stress away. Tomorrow, school starts so a new stress begins. Thank you Dr. Brent Wilson and his whole staff for making a pretty scary situation, easy and comfortable. P.S. we didn't really have our kid there.

I was pleasantly surprised to see nobody standing outside the door waiting (literally showed up at 6:55am, they open at 7am) Once 7am hit, they unlocked the door and greeted me. I signed in, while the receptionist took my orders and insurance card. On my way to sit down, they called me straight back to room 1. Got my labs done quick and easy! I was out by 7:10!!!!! Plenty of time to grab a coffee before work. I will keep this place on the radar for any and all future lab work.

My son is no longer little and is extremely scared of having his blood drawn, but the phlebotomist was incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating. He worked quickly and made my son feel at ease. Before my son even realized it, the blood draw was already finished! It was such a smooth and stress free experience that we will continue to coming back.
