New Year= time for annual lab draw! When I don't have the time to visit my MD lab hours I typically choose Quest! This might be my second time at this location. I love that they are conveniently open on a Saturday! It definitely helps to create an account and schedule an appointment. I made an appointment a week prior to the day. They had so many time slots open. I prefer coming in as soon as they open to avoid the crowds. They opened at 8am and I scheduled for 8:30am. I arrived 10mins prior to my appointment and was able to check in. You can check in on your app or use their self check in kiosk (3 available). After I checked in I was called back 3mins after and I was done at 8:28am. The phlebotomist who helped me was very nice, she worked fast and efficiently. I was in and out even before my scheduled appointment, which was AMAZING. The lobby has plenty of seating. There was an unpleasant odor lingering in the waiting room, thankfully I didn't wait long. read more

Opens at 6am. Walk ins welcome. Check in is by Kiosk only & there's no receptionist available for questions but phlebotomist employees come out often to call on patients if you need to ask a question. You can also find nearest Quest locations & schedule appointments via the Quest Diagnostics App. My walk in today went smoothly and the wait time was short. (Came at 6:45am). Also phlebotomist who took my blood was very sweet and I did not even feel it happen (which is awesome for me because I have a phobia of needles). And they forgot to test for the main thing that I came in there for they tested for everything else but the test sample was contaminated because of their lack of Thoroughness. read more

This location is horrible. Showed up 20 minutes early for an appointment. They called my wife's name wrong (called her by a man's name and not her own) twice. Finally got that straight only for them to want $171.00 until insurance pays. That is NOT how insurance works. No other location is like this. Avoid this location. No need to check in again. They have another kiosk when you walk in to the left if you need to or don't have an appointment. Green chairs wrapped around the room. Safe & clean. A few minutes after scheduled time, I was called back. Short wait. The worker was great! Kind & welcoming. Confirmed my info, drew blood(had no problem getting 3 tubes of it) and go! I don't like making a bad review, I went there twice. I seen this young girl. She stuck me twice and she couldn't find my vein,and I told it hurt. She told me it was the alcohol. I went the second time, the guy had no problem. My wife had same girl she did the same thing to her. She stuck her side ways. She a very large bump on her arm. She said it was the alcohol. read more

Okay, so today's appointment was not completed, but this review is on the scheduling system used today! I had to schedule to do a glucose test. This requires a 1 hour window. When I scheduled the VERY SPECIFICALLY Selected "glucose test" appointment online, I was excited for afternoon appointment availability so I could avoid missing work. Well I arrived at 2:30 for my 2:40 appointment only for the lady to tell me that they cannot do the glucose test today because they close at 3. I was floored. She then tried to tell me I did not select "glucose specific" exam, so even though I was frustrated, I figured I did something wrong, even though I was 99% certain I selected the glucose exam. When I went out to my car to schedule an appointment I very carefully selected "glucose exam" and I was STILL ABLE TO SELECT APPOINTMENTS WITHIN THE HOUR BEFORE CLOSING!! Why?! Why Quest, is this something that has not been fixed. Or why is there no notice or information when you select the Glucose exam?? This seems like something to work out in the system. Yes, as an adult I can pay attention that I need an hour and schedule accordingly, but couldn't your system be helpful and avoid the appointment selections that are going to cause frustration for the clients? Additionally, your phone lines give certain business hours and the website gives another. This additional inconsistency is also frustrating and can then alter things like one hour tests. Also, I tried to walk in at another place that was listed to be open until 5pm (it wasn't they closed at 4, so I still couldn't get this test done as a walk in) Overall, Quest seems to be moving away from all walk ins. They advertise as if walk ins are welcome, but when you check in as a walk in the kiosk will say "there are no more walk ins available, please schedule an appointment" I'm sure this is due to lack of staff, but DONT ADVERTISE WALK INS IF YOU ARENT HOSTING THEM. It really isn't that hard Quest. Don't promise what you can't do. Fix the scheduling system to take into consideration appointments that are only available for the time frame of the lab work being done. read more

Kind of confusing to schedule on a Saturday. I called and got their automated scheduling machine but it says that Saturday's are all walk-ins. So I go on Saturday morning at 7:30am, check in and it says I wouldn't get in bc appointments were full. One of the guys working then comes out and basically tells everyone on the waitlist that they're not getting in or will have to wait all day to get in. Luckily I had all day to kill so I waited for an hour and a half on the waitlist. The phlebotomist that did my blood work was super friendly. She was very easy going and even though we had a hard time getting my vein the first time, she got it on the second time and made it painless. I really appreciated that! read more

My husband went in early this morning around 630. He was met with a kiosk check in system. No humans at the front desk. He did his best to sign in and the kiosk informed him the staff would try to get to him and that he should've made an appt. We haven't used quest in years; it used to be walk in with humans greeting you. An elderly man needed assistance signing in, he knocked on door leading to the back and was met by an employee not doing a very good job in hiding her annoyance at having to help the gentleman. The clients entering your facility are there because they are in need of bloodwork that their doctor has ordered. They could have cancer or some other ailment. It's not like they want to come in and get jabbed by a needle by some cold hearted employee. You signed up for this job. Your job is to be compassionate towards the patients. If you cannot be a compassionate person then find another job. And quest; try putting a kind, human being at the desk to welcome the patients in to let them know that somebody there actually cares. read more

I'm absolutely saddened by the lack of accessibility in this office. You have a kiosk check in with absolutely no support. There are elderly people coming in who do not know how to work the machine or people who don't know how to read. As lab clinicians come out to call patients they can not offer support because they're trying to help patients with blood work. This was pulled directly from your website "Diversity of thought and authentic connections empower us to create valuable solutions and deliver inclusive care to our patients and communities." I'm sorry but I seen none of that. Where is the inclusive care when patients can't even check in and when help is asked the employee are not assisting. Located in a strip mall next to a convenience/smoke shop. Plenty of parking in the lot at 6 AM on a Friday morning. Only one other person in the waiting room. There are two kiosks in the waiting room and nobody to check you in. You just do it yourself. Next fill out a few questions and scan your ID and insurance card if you have insurance. They prefer having an appointment scheduled but you can do walkins. In the waiting room The television in the corner of the room tells you who is next in line as well as shows entertaining news. The waiting room is pretty big and the chairs are socially distanced. I was coming in for some bloodwork to be drawn and was in and out in 10 minutes. Currently pregnant and have to get some blood drawn. I love how I can easily schedule my appointment online and the page is super user friendly. Just pick a date and it will show you all the available time slots for your next visit. Checking into your appointment is easy as well. I just walk in and there are machines where you can walk up to and checkin how you like. You can scan your bar code on the printed form for your appointment , or you can enter you date of birth. It then prompts you to entering some personal information and ask you to scan you ID and health insurance. Super quick and that's how you check in. You will know you have successfully check in when you see you name on one of their monitors on the wall. The staff are pretty on top of the schedule and I was called very close to my appointment time. The staff here are very nice and they are very competent at their job. I hate needles and getting pricked, but the staff are gentle and most times when they poke me it's not a bad experience at all. So I recommend coming to this location because the staff are efficient and the environment is clean. read more

I was shock to see the waiting room with no human help. It was fine for me to check in with my phone, I didn't even need to touch their touch screen, but this would NOT be ideal for someone who was older and does not know how to use technology. They were fast and on time. I wished I could have checked in sooner on their text message but they only allow you to check in 10 minutes prior to appointments. But it was empty when we walked in and no human service so it sucks that we couldn't have checked in earlier, get seen earlier and leave earlier. That is the downfall to their no human contact waiting room. The phlebotomist was good at her job and poked my child just once! Worst customer service ive ever been to. I went there to drop off a specimen, waited about 15 minutes, finally asked a worker why it was taking so long and they said i had to check in as a walk in. I dont know why they dont tell anyone that to begin with because i wasted time standing there and everyone there was completely rude and ignoring everyone. I did not get a chance to get the girls name but if i saw her again id know who she is. I left after that and went to the one on spruce and as soon as i walked in i was helped right away because they saw me with a specimen bag. Never will i ever go to this location again. Few years ago, it was one of the best place. Friendly, fast convenient. Now you have lots of people who has too much under their belt and treat you like as if you are a person who is lower than them, referring to their customer service which is trash. Went today for my son's appointment, mind you he's barely 14 months old. The first thing the lady who supposedly helped us said, "Why don't you guys go to Valley Children's?" Like are you serious. Immediately looked at my wife and I with our awkward silence as a response to what she said, she then proceed to saying, "Oh, it's not that we don't want you here." In my mind it's ohh you fuck up huh, trying to cover yourself now. Then went on to saying how she has 20 years of experience at Valley Children's. While she drawn my son's blood she then started asking when was the last time he ate, that he's dehydrated etc. Just making us feel very uncomfortable and talked down to.
