I don't typically leave negative reviews but the owner of this place is RUDE. My husband took in my iPhone X and it took appx 15 mins. Husband signed papers saying there's no warranty and the phone was working (turned on and he could log in) when he received it. He walked outside, handed me the phone and away we went. I noticed it was glitching and it's continued to get worse. Random buttons will trigger and the screen will not let me pull up/down drop down menus. I emailed the guy asking if there's anything he can do to help and he told me no because we signed papers. I told him so because my phone worked for a minute in the store and my husband signed there's NOTHING he can do? His response was so defensive and rude. BY THE WAY.. I was not yelling foul play, I was making sure nothing else can be done on their end before I have to buy a new phone. Would NEVER recommend anyone else to deal with this terrible customer service. To the owners unprofessional response.. My point exactly, it doesn't take 15 mins to replace a screen. My kids were waiting in the car with me, I know how long we were all sitting the the car. PLEASE READ AND SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY. First time going to this place and gentlemen was respectful, but once he finished my ipad it went down south after. He mentioned to not order equipment from amazon that his distributor is better. He charged me a lot for an ipad lcd screen and labor. I took his word for it and had my wife take it in and she signed the contract. I wish I would have done my research. I went to pick up my ipad and it was working, but he told me that my frame was bent and the bottom screen will not seal. I would think for great customer service/quality work he would mention that in the beginning before he does the work and if he fixes it, then the screen might not stay down due to the frame being bent and I would have decided if I want to proceed or not. Upon picking up my ipad I was disapointed on the work that was done. I expected quality work. I was told to not press it down, but the ipad doesn't look right while the screen is lifting and if I put a case on it, it will be press down either way. I pressed it down to keep it sealed and hoped that it would stay sealed, but the bottom screen created multiple black lines and then turned completely black. I understand that he told me not to press it down, but if he had told me that the screen was going to lift up or not in the beginning because of the frame was bent, then I would have not proceeded with this. Whichever distributor he goes through for the screen or other material has poor quality material and he mentioned that these screens are REFURBISHED. I was shocked because I thought I was getting a new screen for the price I paid and for it to be completely sealed. I should have gotten my screen from amazon and gone with someone else. His attitude changed, getting upset and I told him that I don't want to argue, that I just want to know why is it lifting and if there is anything that he can do to fix the situation. He offered me that he will do it for free cause its not fixable and I just pay for the part again. The price is to steep and I cannot rely on him. As a business owner you would think they will tell you first what is wrong and if you would like to still proceed. I made the mistake by going to this company and not knowing what I was getting my self into. Hopefully this will give everyone an idea or helps you decide on an answer before going here. read more

Reasonable prices and I shopped around. They told me it would be about an hour to fix my phone since they had a busy morning, to me this is a reasonable about of time. They did offer the option of putting on a screen protector on for me. I appreciated this! We all know the hassle of putting those on correctly. I would give them 5 stars but I didn't like the fact that don't offer warranty on their work unless you pay more. I have never left a review on anything before. Ever. But this place is so so so BAD and TERRIBLE I had to make sure no one else makes the same mistake I did. My daughters iPad stopped charging. We took it to this guy & he "fixed" it. (We have had this iPad less than a year) So in the store he plugs it in and shows it charges then sends you on your way. So the second we get home my daughter is so excited and uses the iPad and then the screen turns black. And then the apple logo pops up as if the device is restarting. It has never done this before so we were so so confused. But it was charging so we thought maybe it was a weird glitch. Well then the speaker starts making a weird pop noise it's never done before. Me and my husband both started regretting using this guy instantly as he was rude when we called. Well on day 4 of having our iPad back it completely turns black and once again won't charge or turn back on.... so i email him instantly and let him know what happened and asking what to do. He never responds. I wait a few days then call him. he says he got the email days ago and hasn't had time to respond. Then proceeds to tell me that once the iPad leaves the shop he has no responsibility of it. I told him his repair didn't "repair" the iPad and explained this all in detail. He then asked me "so do i have control of what happens when the iPad leaves my shop?" I didn't answer the question. I asked "so you aren't willing to stand behind your repair if you look at the iPad you will see we didn't do anything to the iPad" he then says so freaking rude "ANSWER MY QUESTION IVE ASKED AND ILL ANSWER YOURS" and i said "what was your question?" And he rudely responds "IVE ASKED FOUR TIMES YOU'VE HEARD IT SO ANSWER IT." I was mind blown. No one from any business has ever ever ever spoke to me this way. I paid $250 for the iPad repair... to have him fix it again i could have bought a new iPad... I hung up and called my husband crying. so so so rude. I've never experienced any customer service like this in my life. RUN if you see this business. Don't walk, RUN. (also, I'm sure I'm leaving out a lot of rude things he said to me. He was SO MEAN. This place is a scam. Puts defective parts on your devices then will not refund. I was locked out of my phone after he put a non-compatible screen on an iPhone. He did not replace the full screen just the surface layer. The phone had to be taken to apple, have screen replaced and then re-calibrate because it continued to get worse over the 4 weeks after the superficial replacement was done. When I called to let Josh know and ask for a refund he told me NO that they would not refund as I should have brought to him. I mentioned his 14 day refund policy and he said "we are lenient but would not refund". Even after explaining everything he stated "even apple gets defective products that it was just defective and I should have brought to him, but he would not refund". This place uses after market products that are not comparable to the phone. Apple could tell the screen was repaired with after market products. **If you choose to use this guy, just know that if he places a defective product on your phone and it is not in his window its "not his fault". read more

I decided to go in and give it a shot on my lunch. I walked into the shop, the guys were so friendly, gave me an accurate quote. Let me save you the headache. I brought my iPhone 6 in for a screen replacement. The repair was fast and on a Saturday. I was very happy. I left the plastic on the screen and did not inspect it due to the good reviews here, and basic human trust...I put the phone back in its case. I did notice a small line of pixels that didn't work on the screen but decided it wasn't worth it to take it back. Three days later received my glass screen protector in the mail. When I took the phone out of my case and peeled the plastic off, I noticed a small crack at very bottom of the screen. That along with the pixels were enough for me to take it back. As soon as I got off duty and they were open again I went back. The manager implied that I was lying about the crack and stated that the line of dead pixels basically didn't matter. Because it had been a week since the original service, I was out of luck. I'm not perfect, but I'm no liar. Bottom line: the screen was bad and the business did not stand behind its product. I had to pay for another screen, but was given 20% discount = 25$ off a 120$ replacement. I'd love to support local business, but this is disappointing. I'd think twice about visiting this place. If you do, don't make the same mistake I did. Inspect the work thoroughly. read more

I brought my droid mini in and they had to order a screen. I was ok with that because its not a popular phone but it took them like a week to actually get it ordered. So when I brought my phone in at the end of the day they said that I could pick it up in the morning at 8 before I went to work. So I got there at 8am and waited outside for 35 min and they still were not there. I even called and called and they did not pick up. Hands down, Khamsouk is one of the most reliable, honest people out there. I had texted him the night before to see if he could make time the next day (Sunday) to replace the screen. Sunday rolls around and I called and missed him and left a message. He promptly returned my call. After checking to see that he had the parts and the time (I was only in town for 7 hours and needed it done by 1500), he confirmed. We made arrangements and I dropped the phone off. Took the iPad in for repair, they explained everything and said it would be done the next day.
