This service had me skeptical at first but it turned out to be a decision well made. I called The IPhone Guy because his business is a mobile service and I was gonna be a tattoo done and thought why not fix my phone at the same time. I saw a bad review here for this business and I asked the owner Chris about the bad review and he told me that yelp had been pressing him to pay for their services and after refusing many times he said that he blocked yelps number but the day he did that this bad review showed up and it's for someone he never did any work for. He told me to look the reviews on bottom of his page where yelp places reviews they don't recommend and I would see a lot of 5 star reviews so I click there and the man wasn't lying he has several 5 star reviews but they are not being used to calculate his rating. I think this is horrible practice for yelp. So he also mentioned that if I left a review for him it most likely would end up in the "not teccomemded reviews" section on bottom of his page. I am interested to see if it will. A quick google search about yelp and scams quickly revealed to me that yelp is quite a bully pushing around small business like they're the mob or something. I decided to believe the guy and give him a shot which I'm very glad I did. He was a very nice guy friendly , totally professional, and arrived right on schedule ( I was late though). Unknown to me my battery was swollen inside my phone and Chris replaced it free of charge. He was working outside while I was getting my tattoo upstairs. He came all the way up to where I was just to show me the finished job before closing up the screen. He showed me that all of the screws where in place and showed me the battery he had replaced for free then went back outside and completed the job. My phone looks and works perfectly and my battery now stays charged for so much longer. I'm very pleased I wish I'd have had some extra money on me to tip the man he deserved it. But I meant it when I said I'd leave you a great review because I was so impressed with how quickly you came to fix my iPad and Iphone. I appreciate you traveling to the middle of nowhere for a job you did in no time. Easily under 30mins! I called frantic that i had ruined my new devices and The IPhone Guy was real good at breaking down what was wrong and how quickly he would be done. I was extremely impressed with the iPhone guy and the work that he did on my daughter's iPhone 7. Being that I have no vehicle he was a good choice as far as being a mobile repair service. He showed up at my home on time and was quite pleasant. I know nothing about iPhones or iPhone repair so he was thorough in explaining to me what work he would do to repair my daughter's phone and assured me that she would have it within the hour. 30 minutes is all it took for him to repair the phone and my daughter couldn't have been more pleased! Excellent service used this business this morning for repair if my iPhone 7. The iPhone guy is very experienced I could tell by how fast he took my phone apart and had it out back together again working perfectly. He arrived in time for the most part maybe five minutes past our scheduled appointment time but he had sent me a message to let me know he would be doing so. I liked the fact that I got to watch the entire procedure and could see what he was doing and that I didn't have to leave my house to get it done he came to me.
