Since I was out here for a week I was stressing with how I was going to work without my charger. I found U-tec while driving through, and was immediately greeted from Felicia. She didn't have the charger at this location but ordered it from the other store that would come Monday afternoon. So I was having some problems charging my iPad Pro and took it to another shop in Visalia. That shop had a wait time of 3-4 weeks. The guy there recommended taking my iPad to U-tec. I took my iPad to U-tec and, boy, was it wayyyy faster. Instead of a month or so, I got my iPad back in less than a week! Felecia--the person who helped me--explained the whole process to me and was nothing but super-helpful and professional. I appreciated the service so much that the same day I picked up the iPad, I dropped off an old iPhone to have them install a new battery! (For context, that iPhone has around 200 gigs of music stored on it. Music I haven't heard on the radio or on Sirius in years. But the battery would die after half an hour if it wasn't being charged. It would have been done in 1 day, but I requested my original space grey backing, so they made it happen by ordering the part. These people know what's up. I've gotten my iPad repaired here before (it gets beat since I use it so much for school and to play movies in my downtime) after its front screen broke... Felicia fixed it within a day.
