I went online and made an appointment to have my phone fixed. Upon arriving I was told they don't do appointments but only walk ins. If I would have known this I would have come in when they opened instead of waiting for the appointment time which would have put my phone being fixed was earlier. They had five phones from the day before so I left without getting my phone fixed because unfortunately I can't be without my phone all day with my job. If appointments are not valued then that needs to be removed from your website as an option. read more

I have been here 4 times this week. It's about 35 miles one way but the closest place to get my phone fixed with the insurance. First time we went they said they didn't have the part (they could've called). We went back two days later and the new part didn't fix the phone so we got a replacement. Went back with two other phones today. One needed a new battery and new charging port and the other needed a new battery and was having issues with reception and calls. Went back and picked up the phones and not only did they not fix the phone with reception issues and battery, they damaged it! There's a huge crack on the front and the corner had multiple cracks. When I got there they said that phone was unrepairable and I asked why. They kinda smirked and said I'll ask. After 5 minutes of beating around the bush, the girl that actually did the damage came out and "explained" with no remorse. After several questions she just disregarded me and acted like it was no big deal. On the other phone they needed the battery and charging port, the battery was replaced. When I asked about port, she said they cleaned it but still loose. I said why didn't you change it? She said that I told her not to do it. She was mistaking the discussion we had regarding other phone. She said that the case was closed and I could just make another claim! Another one hour round trip drive and waiting for my phone that should've been fixed today! Unprofessional and unsatisfactory!! We will be getting a replacement phone but that's beside the point. DO NOT COME HERE. If I could give this place a zero star I would. I came in looking to replace the charging port on my iPhone X because it became very stubborn and only wanted to charge with a wireless charging pad. The gentleman who helped me said the job would take about 2-3 hours which is not bad but I did not receive a call until 5 hours later. When I showed up at the expected time he said that he was not done yet and he was about to go on his lunch. He then asked if I wanted to see how the job was going when he took me to the back to show me my phone was barely in the dismantling stage. To make matters even worse he was watching a how to video on how to do this designated job and as soon as I saw that I had lost faith and knew my phone was not gonna be in good hands. When I got back the final price was about $108. And everything seemed fine but on the way home my phone turned off and I figured it was something minor. But now my phone is laggy, it crashes, and I can't use it longer than five minutes at a time because it keeps turning off then back on. DO NOT COME HERE, it is a waste of money, I'm sure there are better options. read more
