My concerns are with two issues: 1. I received a voicemail asking me to confirm my appointment and informing me that my insurance had been terminated. I have been seen at this facility before using my current insurance, so they already had the correct information on file. I'm not sure why an old insurance policy was being verified instead of the one they have used for my previous visits. 2. My biggest concern is the turnaround time for results. I had my exam on Saturday and was told I have to wait a full week for the results. Considering the number of Centerlake Imaging locations, I would expect enough radiologists to read exams in a more timely manner. I have previously gone to Hill Imaging, where results are typically available within 24 hours or less. Emanate Health also provides results within 24 hours or less. Waiting a week for imaging results causes unnecessary anxiety and seems unreasonable when other imaging centers are able to provide much faster turnaround times. read more

Today I had a 9:20 AM appointment and arrived 15 minutes early as requested. Check-in took about 25 minutes due to only one receptionist being present. After waiting another 10 minutes, I was told I could not be seen because I was checked in after my appointment time. I explained I had arrived on time, but the delay was due to limited front desk coverage. I was then told I would still be seen, but ended up waiting over an hour for my appointment. During that time, the receptionist left for lunch with a sign on the desk stating she would return at 10:30 a.m. leaving no one at the front desk. I had to ask a technician in the office for help. He went to the back and brought the lead Anna, to the front after I explained I had already been waiting over an hour. I was told it would be an additional 15 minutes because the technician was still with another patient from Anna. After waiting the additional time, I followed up again and was told I was next from Maria the receptionist. However, when the technician, Claudia came out she was instructed by the receptionist Maria, to take me in but Claudia refused and said she had another patient first (mind you this patient just checked in and only waiting less then 5 min) even though I had already been waiting. I then requested to speak with a manager, but was told Anna was on a call. I asked for someone above her and was given Fabiola Mora's the directors contact information, which I used to reach out and am currently waiting for a response. This entire experience was extremely unprofessional and disorganized. As someone who also works in medical operations, the lack of communication, staffing, and respect for patients time was unacceptable. Patients are instructed to arrive early, yet appointments are not being managed properly or honored in a timely manner. read more

Centrelake Imaging is located just south of the 10 near the former Floor & Decor building. I came to Centrelake for an MRI of my neck and the whole process was quick and efficient. I made an appointment over the phone and when I arrived for my appointment, the staff were all friendly. After filling out all the required paperwork, it was a short wait before I was called in for my MRI. The technician had me in and out in about 25 minutes. The facility itself was clean, and decorated cute for Valentine's Day, although the bathroom could use a little remodel. read more

Took my Dad in to schedule an Ultrasound for a later date and the friendly woman at the front desk was able to work him in that day a couple of hours later. All of the staff here were friendly and got us in and out in about 15 minutes with professional care! Be aware of their new kiosk machines as you walk in. Hello Yelpers! Here's our review about the West Covina Centrelake Imaging location and the Pomona call center. West Covina Office: Our mom had to get an ultrasound here and she was on a gurney. At first, the Technician was surprised because no one had informed her that the patient was in a gurney. We are super grateful to Ms. Claudia, ultrasound Technician, at the West Covina facility because she was so nice and she let us work with her so our mom can get the ultrasound. Ms. Claudia used a pillow wedge to make sure our mom was positioned safely and comfortable while doing the procedure. We experienced great team work from her. Pomona Office: I called the office to get in touch with Ms. Claudia because we wanted to purchase the pillow wedge that she used during our mom's appointment because it was super useful for our mom . Second time being here and I'm incredibly disappointed. We were told my mom's appointment was at 7:45 AM and to arrive by 7:30 AM, which we did--on time and checked in. However, we noticed people who arrived after us being called in before us, which was confusing and frustrating. When I asked the front desk, I was told her appointment was actually at 8:15 AM. This is unacceptable. We rescheduled my mom's 7:30 AM bloodwork just to make it to this appointment on time. If we were given incorrect information because someone didn't do their job properly, that's not okay. Hi, my name is Robert Clark. I came in on February 4, 2026 for MRI of my spine and it gets a little complicated because I have a spinal cord stimulator implant intravenous Pain Pump implant. The two girls that assisted me with the and Maddy were very professional. They took the time to update the implant information and type of machine that's required for the MRI. They documented all the data. Which I appreciate because it's for my safety. They were very sweet and compassionate. This visit by far has been the best experience and treatment I've had at Centrelake Imageing. My wife had her appointment here a year and a half ago as referred to by her physician. A month later we received a bill for $320 for services which are covered by our insurance. After getting both parties on the phone together, our medical group told them "It's covered, send us the invoice." Centrelake said they would. A few months later we received another bill. Our medical group never received the information. We got both parties on the phone together again, only to have our group tell them it's covered and to send them the invoice. They swore they would. We went through this every few months until now, a year and a half later Centrelake has sent us to a collection agency rather than making sure the bill was received by our medical group. It took me 8 times since yesterday waiting on hold 30-hour to where I had to hang up myself and got hung up once to finally get through to an operator today at 4:18 to cancel my appointment for tomorrow. The people who work at the facility of very nice and although my technician who did my ultra sound was very young (two months on the job), she was very professional. The facility in the other hand needs some work. Chairs in the lobby are falling apart. Ceiling tiles in the exam room were loose. It looks nothing like the pictures they have online. I am a strong believer that if you can't maintain your work place clean and reputable then you must not care about your patients. Won't be going there again. Also they ask you to give them a review, but not sure if anyone cares about what their patients actually say. read more

During my mammogram about two weeks ago, the technician was unprofessional ( she didn't even disclose her name ) . When I answered one of her questions with "I'm not sure," she responded offensively with, "I'm just asking questions here!" Later, when the machine's pressure caused me to move slightly, she snapped, "DON'T MOVE!" at me. I understand work can be stressful, but yelling at patients is completely unacceptable. We arrived at 8:30 for paperwork, 9:00 AM rolls around and there no other ultrasound customers, 9:15 and I ask what's going on and they say waiting for paperwork from downstairs. I go downstairs' and meet with some lady who wants to do an upgraded mammogram. I said no do what we came for. The tech recommends the mammogram. Do you understand English? do what we came for nothing else. We finally leave after eleven and never to return here. The doctor recommended this place and when we saw him and told him he ever sends us there again we will find a new doctor. Brought my mother who is wheelchair bound in for a mammogram and ultrasound. This is new to us. I get that maybe they don't have the proper accommodations to service my mom but the receptionist needs some training with her professionalism. I dealt with Monique C. who provides poor quality care at the desk. Told me that women in wheelchairs do not get mammograms. How are you going to tell me that women in wheelchairs do not get mammograms??? That's not even logical. Do women in wheelchairs not get breast cancer? Maybe she means that this locations doesn't have the accommodations! But her poor knowledge and rude service don't allow her to provide care with empathy.
