1st my appt was at 11am wasn't taken back till noon. Now it has been 2 weeks and they still have not read the results. Sent 3 requests for follow up with no response. Sent an email that person is on vacation for the next week. I was their their recommendation to my Dr. For a follow up ultrasound, what's the point of having people come in if you don't hear back. I was given the report I requested and made my ultrasound appointments without any problem . If I could give this place zero stars I would! I went to take my son to get his ultrasound done and I had to bring my other 2 children due to not having a babysitter and my spouse being at work. I was told by the front desk that my son could not be seen because my other children was with me but also that if my 9year old and 5 year old sat in the waiting area they would call CPS on me! I'm have already sent this to someone in the state that I know and I am contacting a contact that I have within cps to notify them that this facility threatens parents with cps because the manager watches the camera for the waiting area. I also have contacted my child's pediatrician and she stated she is cutting sending patients to this facility! How dare you threaten parents that take care of their children and are coming for a simple ultrasound! read more

I'm not overly impressed about going to any doctor's office. I'm allergic to doctors and any medical facility. With that said... And skip all the modernization of the fancy name for this place It's just an old fashioned xray joint with xray machines. here is how this visit went Originally they would have had five stars. But personalities change The counter person who was so friendly last week, This week; I came in all cheerful and smiling and upbeat But...not a greeting from this same girl..... :-( := ( :+( ( that did kinda knock my happiness down a tad bit) (But...I always get right back up and be cheerful again...) Front staff was professional and nice but when I got my ultrasound done 3/9/23 at 4pm the lady was unprofessional and toxic. She didn't give the right instructions so I didn't know what to do and she replied to me with "didn't you get this ultrasound before, shouldn't you know what to do" with attitude Can't remember her name she had platinum blonde hair with big fake eyelashes. We were here today for x-ray and the receptionist was very, very rude. If you have older family member that go to this place, make sure you accompany them because the receptionist was yelling at a couple of older patients. My husband had to tell her to "relax" because she was yelling at everyone. Very poor service. read more

The Insurance representative was on the phone with Centrelake trying to make an appointment for 2 hours on the first day and the Insurance representative and I called again the following day to follow up and it took another hour trying to schedule an appointment. I had to take my two younger daughters On separate occasions, the ultrasound technologist and x-ray employees were very rude, Claudia did an x-ray on my 7-year-old daughter and her demeanor was very bad they lack customer service skills, I do have to say the girls in the front are very nice. read more

This is the 4th time I have been to this location and they do not have the technician required for my imaging. On previous visits (during pregnancy) I had to drink 40 ounces of water, take time off of work, and drive to their facility only to be told they do not have an ultrasound tech in. Today, going in for an X-ray and there is a sign stating no X-rays today. They do not allow making appointments for X-rays so it is a hit or miss with this facility. I would recommend Grove diagnostics in Rancho Cucamonga instead of any Centrelake facility. read more

The front desk is so rude! She stated she rescheduled my apt, in which I had none even showed her the txt of confirmation they sent me. I drove from chino to get a stat ultrasound, so they can tell me I messed up and the guy who is in doesn't do oB ultrasound. She blamed me and when I informed her my oB set the apt up, you booked it wrong. She then gets on the phone and starts talking to her manager about me she stated "yeah that girl she's here hmm yeah iknow" was extremely rude! And disrespectful from her and her supervisor. I moved to the West Covina area and my doctor referred me to this imagining center for a mammogram follow-up exam. Centrelake Imaging called in August to make an appointment, after receiving the referral order from the doctor. At that time, I double-checked with the rep that they have all my medical records in order to get insurance approval as well as the procedure approval. They confirmed. One day before my appointment, which was 45 days later, they called to remind me, and at that time, I checked again and they responded "yes, we have your records." On the day of my appointment, I waited in the hall for 30 minutes because there is no room in the tiny office lobby, then was led to the exam area to be told that they DO NOT have my medical records and must send me home. I explained the situation, but only received "there is nothing we can do for you today". I was then given a consent form to release my medical records (I already signed one at my doctor's office to have the records sent to Centrelake) and a direct number to call Carmen - who is supposedly the supervisor of scheduling so I can get an expedited appointment. Over the next 2 weeks, I keep calling Carmon and leaving her several voicemails. She NEVER called back. I finally gave up and called the general line to schedule an appointment, the agent at Centrelake told me they still do not have my medical records... Someone working at this facility must be extremely incompetent or irresponsible; they have no intention of doing the right thing for their patient. Please, save yourself some time and dignity by going somewhere else. read more

I have never had a worse experience with a medical office than what I experienced here. My doctor ordered some ultrasound testing, which I immediately scheduled upon leaving his office. My appointment was for a week later because that was the earliest I could get an appointment, which was fine. I went over the orders in detail with the guy on the phone, and not once did he tell me that their facility would require additional testing. At 4:30pm the day before my appointment, I received a call from their offices saying that I would only be able to do 2 of the tests that had been ordered, because Centrelake required additional testing in addition to the other ultrasound and since they had just called the Drs office to get approval, and he was gone for the day, they would have to reschedule my one test until they got his approval for the extra test. So they rescheduled me for the following week. I return the following week to the rudest human I've ever encountered in a medical facility - Diana. She claimed the dr never sent the paperwork (he did) because my dr confirmed it with someone in her office and resent it. She gave me attitude from start to finish, which I found even more concerning given the facility she works in. My testing was for a lump my dr found during a routine check up. My emotions were high, I had been freaking out for two weeks at this point, and she showed ZERO compassion. When I asked to speak to the office manager, she said there wasn't one. When I pressed her to speak with a supervisor or manager, she gave me a number with an extension to call. I called that person, left a voicemail, and have not heard back. It's been a week. The only person that was helpful that day was the woman on the appointments line who got me an appointment for that same day to come back for the extra test. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is for the technicians who did the tests. All 3 of them were kind and compassionate, so they don't deserve the negativity that the office staff is bringing to them. read more

Beh..!! I only have negative thing to say about this facility. There are always only two staff members working here. The receptionist and the X-ray technician. The receptionist has that 'I hate my job, I hate you guys, I just want to leave' type of attitude. When she speaks to customers/patients, she doesn't even direct a Mr. Or Ms. Or Sir.. Etc. Just, 'call your insurance, they need to contact us'. As she has her head down telling that to a room full of people. Who are you taking to?? Everyone is going to think you're talking to them. Be polite and say their names when you're talking to them! The technician, William, was friendly though. Not in a smiley way, but it's just how he is. He's quicker at what he does and informative. The waiting room is tiny, you can fit max like 6 people. read more

I get that these places are short staffed, gas is hella expensive to be driving around to each location to see if they have a technician. The lady at the front desk gives me a card with a number to call, I call and I'm left on hold for 15 minutes, like I have time for this. These places need to get individual phone lines so that the patients can call to see if their technician is there. I went to the Covina location 3 times and the WestCo location 1 time. I got a brain scan at this location last year, but the radiologist made an error in reading and diagnosing the scan and missed the aneurysms I knew were there from previous scans. I went to a different location the following year where they detected the aneurysms, but it worries me that they made such a grievous error that could potentially be life threatening! I had hoped that indeed the aneurysms had resolved itself, but it was just their error. read more

Well what can I say ? I had an appointment for 2:30 and I'm still waiting in the lobby to be seen !! About 5 other people got here after myself and they've all been called in. The receptionist at the front desk looks as if she doesn't want to help her patients and when I finally walked back up to ask when I was going to be seen she told me to hold on .... it took her another 10 minutes to call me back to desk for her to tell me that they are running behind and I wanna reschedule??
