No wait was necessary and it was fast. The front desk staff were very friendly. The radiologist was very helpful and informative, the care quality was great. The images were loaded to the portal on day 2, but 15 days later I still don't have the radiologist's report, nor does my pulmonologist! I have made 5 phone calls, 2 messages, a site maintenance request, and have been told by 3 people in Medical Records that they would email the report to me. It is still not available to me, nor to my doctor, who has also called and requested it. When treatment plans depend on diagnostic tests, those results are critical. Shame on everyone involved with the mistreatment of this information. I will never use the Cal Oaks office again and would advise anyone else to steer clear. Just a horrible, frustrating experience.

We started with a 2D scan, but as soon as we experienced the 3D/4D scans, we knew there was no going back. Seeing our baby in such detail felt like we were really meeting him even before birth, every little kick, movement, and even facial expression! Week by week, we watched him grow. I'd heard that after 34 weeks, it's hard to see much, but we kept coming at 35, 36, 37, 38, and 39 weeks and every visit was magical. When he was finally born at 39 weeks and 4 days, I couldn't believe how perfectly he matched the ultrasound images, his hands, his movements, his little expressions...everything! I feel so thankful for the memories we captured even before our son arrived. Now that I am holding my baby in my arms, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. During the call, we also talked about the CO2 laser they have, and I ended up booking a treatment for my hands as well to help with the wrinkles and signs of aging.
