I called a few companies either the prices were outrageous but also the customer service sucked. I had a roach infestation out of no where I never had it before. I was panicking and stress at the same time. the moment I called a nice lady explain in detail how we can get rid of them. She emailed me a prep sheet and she went over the phone with me step by step. I had a lot of questions and she was so patient with me. I wanted treatment asap. In 2 days they were at my house. They were available the next day but I needed time to prep. A techician by the name of Devin arrived in the window that the lady over the phone Camille told me. I'm leaving this review based on multiple bed bug related visits to my apartment over the last year treatments and follow up inspections about six total visits overall through my property manager. The biggest issues were professionalism and care of the unit. On one visit, the technician made statements implying I was the source of the bed bugs that I "brought them in." Regardless of cause, that kind of blame felt inappropriate and unhelpful, especially when the problem appears broader than one unit. On the most recent visits, my apartment was left in worse condition than before the room was left heavily disturbed, there was noticeable residue left behind, and afterward I observed damage that was not present prior to service window covering, curtain damage and new scratches scuffs on my wood floors and furniture. This was a stressful experience, and I expected better care and communication especially after repeated visits. Because of the repeated issues, the condition my unit was left in, and the way the situation was handled, I would not recommend this company. read more

We have had regular pest control service since we moved into our home in the Santa Clarita area. The service was effective in keeping certain pests away like spiders and things, but every summer we used to get an ant infestation not only in our kitchen, but upstairs as well, despite keeping everything very clean. After about 10 years, we finally were fed up with our summer visitors. I asked ChatGPT to provide good pest control companies in the area and Centrex Pest Control popped up. I called and spoke with Cesar on a Saturday, explained the ant infestation, he listened patiently, provided his expertise, and even offered to come the following day to help. The next day, he showed up on time was very kind and respectful, and sprayed outside of the house, avoiding the herb planters, and added gel in the kitchen area. The next morning, the ants were all dead, and they never returned. We are so happy to find this company and truly appreciate the customer service and even more importantly a job well done! I was looking for different quotes on yelp. We were about to head out of town then a week prior we found out there was a bee swarm coming to our foundation. Basically, we had our old electrical panel upgraded to a new one and it seems like our contractor did not patch a hole where the old one used to be. So there are 3-4 holes on our stucco surface on the outside of the house. We were thinking to patch it ourselves and the next 2 days I saw bunch of bees coming in and out from those holes. We found Centrex Pest Control on yelp, Cesar gave me an affordable quote. He came in the next day in the morning after the quote. I contacted Centrex based on favorable reviews to address a pest issue with a rat. They came immediately the same day to assess the exterior/interior of the house. They detected some outside vents needed proper sealing/ foaming as well replaced the outside crawl space doors. I would first like recognize Mr. Carlos Jaramillo on his professionalism and ability to react to what I call an emergency Rat issue. Carlos was on time and ready to take of business he introduced himself and began his inspection, after looking around at Rat droppings he determined that that we have a juvenile Rat. This Rat was nesting under a cabinet in our outdoor patio restroom. After removing a sink cabinet sure enough Carlos found the Rat nesting on top of Six baby rats YUC, as soon as Carlos stepped out the Rat tried to escape and hide in a barbecue Carlos continued to hunt him down as the Rat tried to escape again Carlos captured him on the run with a big glue trap. Cesar saved our attic from rats! I thought it was just mice because I had caught a few, but it turns out there were some giant rats up there too! I received a call from my son that his condo had ants and he was out of town and wanted something done. I called 6 pest control agencies and only Centrex was willing to do same day! Cesar said he would come after his last job on his way home. I was so grateful. As it turns out Cesar is the owner. Here is a man who takes pride in his business and goes the extra mile to make things happen. Cesar showed up as promised. Looked around and then began spraying - everywhere! On the balcony, under the balcony all the base boards. He used spray and other things. Said stay out for 2 hours and once it dries it is not harmful to kids or pets.
